Tomorrow we launch the Ancient Egyptian Wooden Funerary Figures Online Collection! This research is part of Abaset Director Sam Powell's PhD research, and so this project is very close to our hearts here at Abaset HQ!
A big thank you to @IpswichMuseums for allowing me to come and examine their funerary figures yesterday. I am particularly smitten with this little guy from a model boat originating from the site of Sedment. ❤️
