Does anyone have any recommendations for stylus/tablet or digital pens for annotating lecture notes (live) that are then able to be converted to an accessible pdf later on? Thinking ahead to next year! @InChemEducation @A11yAwareness @RoySocChem #ChemEd

Our latest research paper is a collaboration with my good friend Peter O'Brien. He works with highly reactive organolithiums - we thought gels might make them safer & simpler to handle. They did! Even if we dropped one in water, the reaction still worked. nature.com/articles/s41557-0…

Out in @J_A_C_S with S. Duckett: @MatthewGyton's paper on SMOM catalysts for RT gas-phase p-H2 addition to alkenes & alkenes. Efficient polarisation = single-scan gas-phase 13C-spectra in ~0.7sec, while even H2 from a normal cylinder gives a PHIP response! pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.102…

Extremely proud of this one. First foray into hyperpolarisation that let us do some really cool science with NMR across solid, liquid and gas

Replying to @arc_gov_au
@arc_gov_au @nhmrc +politicans please take note: @CarolynBertozzi work in the early 2000's for which she received the 2022 Nobel Prize is being implemented in medical research across the world and is products in clinical trials. But it builds all on curiosity driven research! 1/3 – at Bowral - Mittagong, New South Wales

I've been editing video recordings of myself the last couple of weeks & I've noticed I speak very quickly, making it hard to hear the sentences at times (which makes me feel for the students!). Does anyone have any advice or techniques they use to slow themselves down? #ChemEd
