Erebor is going to continue putting our money where our mouth is on backing the next generation of American industry and defense technologies.
Congrats to @billythalheimer and the whole @regentcraft team.
Announcing @regentcraft's $240M Series B to bring our Seaglider manufacturing facility online and deliver them to our military and commercial customers. Lets go!!
Could not have asked for better co-leads between Mare Liberum (@lcselby) and AE Ventures, bringing vast experience and connectivity across maritime and aerospace. Its not easy building in either of these sectors, so their backing is amazing validation for the business.
So excited to be partnering with @ereborbank on the financing. @PalmerLuckey and the team are absolutely putting their money where their mouth is on backing the next generation of American industry and defense technologies.
Access to this $120M in debt unlocks significant manufacturing purchases across tooling and equipment to stay on track for first Seagliders out of the factory by end of next year. We have a quarter-million feet of factory floor to fill.
This is a major growth moment for REGENT. To date, we've largely been focused on prototyping. Seagliders are the first new mode of transportation since the helicopter, and its taken a lot of engineering and test to get here.
Now we are focused to getting Seagliders into the hands of our customers, whether it is contested logistics and MEDEVAC missions in the Indo-Pacific, or commuter service to New York or Miami. The growth of the order book over the past year has been amazing.
It's a huge moment for us, but we're keeping our heads down and working. We are on the eve of flying our full-scale, human-safe Viceroy Seaglider prototype. Investors in our Series B got deeply involved in our technology development and testing campaigns and gained conviction in REGENT to unlock this fundraise even before Viceroy has flown.
I must say, it's awesome to see this team - even while celebrating this Series B - remain so locked in on flight.
Thank you to our existing investors who doubled down on us like @_edgegroup / SDF, @GiantStepVC, @LockheedMartin, @caffeinatedcap/@tonsing, @JAL_Official_jp, @mcuban, @foundersfund/@zebulgar, East X, and @Future_Planet.
And excited for all the new support with @DCVC, iGrow, @BalnordVC, @VanderbiltU, and Inceptional.
Massive day for REGENT. Next steps: flight, production, deliveries!
Excited for the next chapter!

Pre-IPO perp markets is a real killer use case for crypto. Crazy people cant share all of this upside.
Stripe at $159B in a tender offer.
This confirms what we've been saying: private companies can stay private longer and still give investors and employees liquidity through structured programs.
But it's not enough.
A tender is a moment in time. The board decides who gets to sell, how much, at what price. The employee who's owned options for years still can't leverage them between those events. The angel who wrote the check in 2015 still waits for the company to organize the next round.
We need rails that make equity programmable — not just tradable when the board convenes. That's why we've spent seven years turning cap tables into smart contracts.
That's the shift from liquidity events to continuous liquidity.

In Q4, Helium offloaded 4,388 TB of data from mobile carriers, a 60.7% QoQ increase. Subscribers from AT&T, Movistar, Google Orion, and Wefi are all using Helium seamlessly without knowing it. DePin is the frontier!
Today, I released Messari’s State of Helium Q4 2025 report.

It would be funny if everyone said the 4 year cycle was dead because Bitcoin miners didn’t mine enough to impact price anymore, but this time they all sold even more to pivot to AI.

The Helium quarterly report is now LIVE.
Big shout out to @helium for working with us on this.
At a time when most protocols are trying to hide their metrics, Helium is leading the industry in transparency.
Huge props, and soon won't be optional for any protocol out there.
One thing that would be interesting to observe *if* there was a prolonged period of downward or sideways prices is to actually see what happens to the app token prices that are buying back a huge portion of their supply with huge revenues.
@Pumpfun and @HyperliquidX would start devouring huge chunks fairly quickly.
There are a lot of infra protocols that I think have been genuinely interesting, but the "if you build it, they will come" strategy just hasn't worked. The barriers to getting started for developers as been too high.
I'm curious to see if the step function improvements in coding tools change this.
