Booked my next floating sound bath at Pendle Leisure Centre for the 19th December. Highly recommend. Yesterday was just amazing

Home from the floating sound bath. I was so relaxed until I saw the @BurnleyOfficial score 😠 I would highly recommend. Took rose quartz and amethyst with me. Now for a bath, book, fizz, PJs and a chinese takeaway later.

Looking forward to the floating sound bath this afternoon. I have never had one before but they are supposed to be nice and relaxing.

Nothing has changed! My mum used to try and bribe me to keep quiet for half an hour for 10p. That is child slave labour. Of course ADHD did not exist back then and my teachers at school were also treated to my never ending chatter.

Don’t expect them to accept the prescription for my MTX. Just don’t know why it is now on my repeats. Just requested it to highlight their incompetence. Piss up and brewery come to mind. 🙃

They also received the report for my diagnosis of ADHD in August. Emailed a month ago to query why it was not on my medical records. Got an email today to say it has now been added. Delay due to “coding issues”.

So. Burnley Group Practice. Refused my SCA for MTX then it appears on my repeats. Had a “Wellbeing” appointment last week so they requested it. Did not go through so tried on Patient Access. Why is it on my repeats? Makes zero sense but I thought I would have a go.

Bed. Hoping my sleep is better. Head a little quieter tonight. However, when fibromyalgia and lupus wake me with pain in the middle of the night. after that, depending on my head, it’s a russian roulette. Night 🖤

Monday done ✔️ It’s been a long hard day. Now the 4 “B’s”… Bath, book, baked cheese and bed.

Just over 3 hours sleep last night and awake since 3.45am. 😞

Head so busy again. It won’t stop. My head feels like it is going to explode. I do have answers as to why I am like this. I just wish my meds would hurry up. I feel it would help my anxiety and they both feed into each other. Going to try my Sleepband tonight.
