Absolutely gutted to be missing the majestic @BRyderJones and the wonderful @manc_collective at this fantastic venue. But I have 2x tickets that I'm selling for cheap. Please DM if interested.
16th Sept will see the return of @BRyderJones to The Tung Auditorium as special guest support for @manc_collective. He'll be accompanied by strings and performing new works. Tickets still available: thetungauditorium.com/events…
Because I'm an early adopter, this week I've started watching Happy Valley and also launched my own podcast. You can listen to the first episode of the podcast (which is about films and the years 1983-2023) in all the usual places: linktr.ee/filmcatchup

We help people discover passions they never knew they had, and with donated @comconliverpool tickets, people we support may discover even more this weekend!

I'd thoroughly recommend absolutely everybody listens to this. Stick with it past the pulling apart the shrub/tree bit. Well, well worth it. Only just got onto this podcast and looking forward to plowing the archive.
New podcast. I speak about the feeling of consistently being on edge (hyper-vigilance) and struggling with a sense of identity, after two years of consistent stress. And the proactive tools I’m using to navigate and process that. Have a gorgeous day open.spotify.com/episode/3y4…

This is great! @lisanandy comes across as funny, principled and empathetic. The complete opposite of how Jacob Rees Mogg came across in his episode.
It’s another corker with @lisanandy. This was so much fun. Hilarious, silly, thoughtful, sharp… plus a couple of lagers 🍺 🍺

This illegal gathering was an insult to those hospitalised with COVID, our NHS staff and everyone staying at home to protect them.
Thank you to @MetPoliceUK officers for risking your own health to break it up.
