Working out in your 50s is a whole different thing than working out in your 20s, 30s, and 40s.
If you’re working out in your 50s, I salute you. 🫡

🚨LATEST: Heads of AI firms warn the UN Security Council that humans could LOSE CONTROL of the future to AI.
OpenAI CEO says AI could advance so quickly that people can no longer understand what is happening or intervene when needed.
“We have unilaterally slowed down in the past. We will do so in the future,” says Sam Altman
Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei echoed the warning, saying poorly managed AI could pose "a risk to humanity as a whole."
“This moment calls for extreme care,” Altman adds.
Humanity is still very primitive in the universe's timeline and we are in a very early stage of maturity; we still need fairy tales.

On the scale of Earth’s 4.5 billion-year history, if the planet were 24 hours old, humans would have arrived only 2 minutes before midnight, and yet, we are destroying it with greed and continuous wars.
I hear from so many new DJs today that they don't like digging for music. "It's hard, it takes too much time, it's expensive, I don't have time to search."
Guys, that is 80% of being a DJ: searching for music. If you don't have time, go and practice Yoga instead.
The DJs who stand out in 2026 are the ones who plan, adapt, and invest in their skills.

MTV has ended music video broadcasts and somehow, that hits harder than expected.
For my generation, MTV wasn’t just TV. It was a ritual.
Before it, music on TV was rare. After it (and later VIVA), music was everywhere 24/7.
What’s your strongest MTV memory?
