You can have all the faith you want in spirits and the afterlife, Heaven and Hell, but when it comes to the world, don't be an idiot, because you can tell me that you put your faith in God to get through the day but when it comes time to cross the road, I know you look both ways.
Hey, @AFL @aflwomens @lionsaflw @brisbanelions Why haven't you abandoned this Nazi-owned, fascist-infested site and come over to the Good🦋Place yet?

Liza Minnelli has outlived our hopes and dreams for the future. Donald Trump has won.

The Kamala Harris town hall was fine. She’s more than capable. Vote against the fascist, for god’s sake. The end.

I work at Twitter and I’m the guy bolding everyone’s tweets. Those are the tweets my boss and friend Elon Musk likes the most. Every other tweet has been shadowbanned for being too woke and trans.
Hiya @brisbanelions, please bring back bronze-silver-gold-platinum member lanyards and membership cards, at least for full-season, reserved seat members. Whaddya say? #GoLions #Believe

Again:
Iran attacked a US base and wounded over 100 Americans while Trump was President.
He didn’t do a goddamn thing about it.
Stop quoting his rambling lies as if they’re facts.
Just spoke w/ @realDonaldTrump - who said he’s following reports of a possible Iranian strike on Israel: "They should not do it. It would be a big mistake if they do," Trump said. "They have no respect for the administration. This would have never happened if I was president.”
Still watching the replay, fresh upon experiencing it in real time. This is clearly one of the most complete, confident games of the past 10 years – even better than the Dogs' '16 GF. It couldn't have been more opportune for the @brisbanelions. #AFLGF #AFLSwansLions
Ok @brisbanelions fam, off to bed (6:43 am Montreal time!!). The replay was as good as the first play! And shivers and tears just as genuine. @brisbanelions #AFLSwansLions #AFLGF

I remember excitedly describing the big 2003 GF win to my dad, and the big grin on his face knowing what sportsball passion was all about. Thinking of my mom and dad this evening, and how they found joy in my love of AFL, the Lions, and Australia.
I got to Australia twice, and to a Lions game once, before my dad passed. He was so thrilled for me. I described to my mom my next 25 or so trips down under – and the Lions heartaches more often than victories over the following 10 years – and she always smiled.
