We have every workout of his career filmed. We use film to observe & make improvements. We’ve shared a few clips over the years on social, but have a decades worth of workout footage in the vault.
It’s his story to tell. When he does, people will be amazed at “the process”
It needs to be studied or put in a documentary one day the work between Joel Embiid & @DrewHanlen
The man picked up a basketball at 16 and is one of the most skilled players in NBA history
on full display last night in the Boston Garden. Good heavens Joel. All time performance

Not exaggerating when I say the single most disgusting, asterisk worthy historical performance in history of basketball…
Intentionally fouling up 30+ to stop the clock, teammates intentionally missing free throws to get Bam the ball…
43 Bam free throws on top of it all?! FOH

Here are some highlights from a little over halfway through the season.
We’ve had some ups and downs but we’re going to finish strong TOGETHER. Not done yet. @MICDSAthletics @micdsgirlsbball @PrepGirlsHoops @SkyeSportsAcade @mokansportsnet @PGHMissouri
Player Spotlight - #6 ranked '28 shooting guard in MO @kennedynewman44 is making a statement in her sophomore season at MICDS in St. Louis. She had a career high 27 pts and 5 threes Tuesday night for the TOP 5 Rams. Hard work is paying off and showing exactly why she is a D1 recruit with an offer from College of Charleston and many other schools pursuing.
📈 Sophomore Season Start:
14 PPG | 3 RPG | 2 APG I 36% 3FG
The 6’0 shooting guard has a sniper mentality, playmaking ability & brings leadership to the Rams lineup — she is on pace to break the all-time school record for 3's in a career as a Sophomore.

The Work ⚒️. The Blessing🙏🏼
Many only see 1% of the work. A speech. If YOU only knew the actual WORK.
Grateful EVERY DAMN DAY for the blessing of OUR work in Sports and Business for 20+ years. It's NOT the multiple championships in almost every sport at every level and in boardrooms around the world.
It's the relationships. The IMPACT. The work that is NEVER seen where CHAMPIONSHIPS are WON and lifelong relationships forged in FIRE 🔥 LEGACY.
NEVER FINISHED. OWN it MENTALITY 🧠
Blessed for more work to do.
COMING for EVERYTHING. – at Manhattan, KS

Appreciate you, @iinangelo
Ignore the noise. The guy that keeps running from @patbev21 is just trying to stay relevant. This is the first time anyone’s ever mentioned his name during the playoffs!

We pulled off a huge win (54-52) in summer league tonight against a very talented St. Dominic team. I’m having so much fun with this team! ❤️💚 @micdsgirlsbball @MICDSAthletics @SkyeSportsAcade

Haven’t watched a hockey game since the Blues won Game 7 in the 2019 Stanley Cup, but turned on overtime & haven’t stopped yelling at my TV 😂 You’d think I was the biggest Blues fan by how locked in I am right now. We need to quit dumping the puck & get more shots on goal!
