what if you could seek through an Instagram story and get a preview of exactly where you're landing?
everytime I miss something in a video on WhatsApp or Instagram, I have to rewatch the whole thing just to get back to that one moment. no seeking, just rewatch.
so I built a concept around it.

Made a little update to the intro section ✨
Hover a company and a note slides into the margin with my role, the dates and what the company does. Move to the next one and the same note glides along with you.
I tried seven other versions before this one using @emilkowalski's /prototype skill, including a spotlight that dimmed the rest of the intro, an animated underline and a screenshot preview.

Subscription screens are a lot more than presenting prices.
You're influencing how people perceive value and make purchasing decisions.
The subscription page is easily the most important page on any app at all, but it doesn't seem to get enough love in many cases.
It's a small interaction, but I think these are the kinds of decisions that make interfaces feel more intentional.
When you set a default offer, you are literally making a suggestion on which of the offers you want your Users to go for. Thats what you are doing.
Some offers present more value to the User, some other offers present more value for the business. How do you pick your defaults?
Just like the design of literally anything else, designing pricing interfaces is mostly a game of moderation and deliberate emphasis where and when needed.
Sure, you wanna give your users options so they can have some kinda anchor price to make a choice, you do not want to overload them with options.
You you have to show them the list of benefits, but do not let that become a blocker. Users should not have to scroll to find the checkout button.
People buy in different ways and not everyone wants to have a logical soliloquy before making a purchase.
Some just want to click click click, and making them have to scroll by all means is def going to make you lose quite some sales.
The less effort required to move from making a decision to acting on it, the better.
One thing I've come to appreciate about pricing interfaces is that presenting options is only half the job. The other half is helping people make a decision.

I sat for the JAMB UTME exam nearly a decade ago, and 2 days before my results were released, I predicted my exact score.
Here's how I did it, and how any candidate can get their predicted score now. 🧵

AI is changing how we design, but where do we draw the line between what we let AI do and what we should do ourselves?
Had an interesting conversation with @elitethedev on Code & Canvas about AI, creativity, and ownership.

Everyone’s posting about the TV hack. I gathered the posts from people who tried it into a shared Finds (@usefinds) folder so you don’t have to scroll to find them.

what if ai isn't taking away creativity, but giving us more room for it?
in this clip from Code & Canvas, @elitethedev shares how letting AI handle the basic tasks gives him more time and energy to focus on the work that actually needs his creativity.

new episode out!
this time, I had @elitethedev on to discuss how ai is reshaping design workflows, the tools worth exploring, and why human judgment still matters.
