@hadizabalausman, Special Adviser to the President on Policy and Coordination and Assistant Secretary of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), returned to her hometown of Musawa, Katsina State, to engage with her people and mobilise grassroots support for President @officialABAT administration.
Hadiza Bala Usman launched a community support initiative that includes distributing rice and cash to beneficiaries.
The initiative includes distributing rice and cash to community members, providing modern cooking equipment, and offering financial assistance to promote self-reliance and improve residents' livelihoods.
Her visit commenced with the inauguration of an All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign office in Musawa Local Government Area of Katsina State. It also included the presentation of three vehicles as part of preparations for political mobilisation and campaign activities in the area. This marks another step towards strengthening grassroots mobilisation and expanding the reach of the Renewed Hope 2.0 vision.
She also paid a courtesy visit to the Sarkin Musawan Katsina and District Head of Musawa, Alhaji Sagir Abdullahi Inde, in recognition of the traditional institution and its important role in community engagement.
At the event, each rice beneficiary will receive one bag of rice and the sum of ₦10,000. In addition, modern cooking stoves and pots have been provided to support another 300 beneficiaries. Furthermore, a separate financial empowerment scheme is planned to provide selected beneficiaries with ₦50,000 each to help them establish small-scale businesses and strengthen their economic independence.
Again, speaking at the event, Hadiza Bala Usman said she had returned to her hometown of Musawa to seek the people's support for the APC. She called on residents to support the party's candidates at all levels of government, from the presidency to other leadership positions.
She urged the people of Musawa to unite to ensure the APC's success in the forthcoming elections, emphasising the importance of unity and popular support in achieving the party's political objectives.
Addressing the country's security challenges, Hadiza Bala said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration is working to tackle insecurity and create an atmosphere of peace and stability for Nigerians.
She also thanked community elders, political leaders, and residents of Musawa Local Government Area for the warm reception accorded to her. She further appealed for their continued cooperation in mobilising public support and promoting awareness of the APC's political agenda.
In another significant part of her address, Hadiza Bala Usman disclosed that more than 20 boreholes providing access to clean drinking water had been established in different parts of Musawa Local Government Area to improve access to safe water for residents.
The borehole projects were highlighted as part of wider efforts to improve community welfare and ease the challenges residents face in accessing essential services. The initiative is expected to improve living conditions by bringing clean water closer to communities across the local government area.
The visit culminated in a rally where Hadiza Bala Usman shared the Renewed Hope 2.0 vision, appealed for the people's continued support, and rallied the community behind the next phase of President Tinubu’s agenda.
The event was attended by prominent political leaders and community stakeholders, including the Katsina State APC Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Bala Abu Musawa; the Executive Chairman of Musawa Local Government Area, Hon. Aliyu Idris Gingin; the Vice Chairman of Musawa Local Government Area, Hon. Aminu Ummaru Kira; the Member representing Musawa Local Government Area, Hon. Lawal H. Yaro; the Katsina State House of Assembly candidate representing Musawa, Hon. Abubakar Badaru Jikamshi; the APC Chairman in Musawa; and other male and female political stakeholders and residents from various parts of the local government area.

We must move beyond talking about progress and begin to measure what we have achieved. Plans are important, but delivery matters. Commitments must translate into results, and results must ultimately improve lives.

We must allow evidence to guide our decisions. Data must tell us what is working, what is not working and where to improve. Good intentions are not enough. What matters is what we can prove and deliver.
