Good CEIAG is essential. I would argue it also depends on the individual, and their exposure to career options.
Also, the vocational option needs to be balanced enough to allow flex. Y9 options advice becomes more critical.

For World Book Day, our teachers personally selected books for our scholars as a way to show how much they care about their learning, growth, and love of reading. Every book was chosen with a student in mind, reflecting the dedication our staff have to supporting our scholars

This is what @WorldBookDayUK is all about, reading. Every child was given a book with a message from the teacher who bought it for them. At break and lunch children were reading them. More children will be reading today as a result.

In Sept 2022, 1/9 Astrea secondaries were graded as Good by Ofsted. Now 8/9 are, including 3 who have never been Good before in their history (inc. predecessors).Congratulations to all. A transformation at scale is taking place. We have so much more to do,the journey is exciting!
