For patients who can't wait for BCG to be used with Anktiva. You can go to Russia or buy online and use it yourself. Roncoleukin (Interleukin-2) and Immuron-Vac (BCG). This is similar to Anktiva + BCG. I am an investor of ImmunityBio, but I say this to those who can't wait.

To buy Roncoleukin (similar to Anktiva in term of action) eapteka.ru/goods/drugs/immun… To buy Imuron-vac (BCG): omnipharm.ru/catalog/lekarst… Indications, Usage, Dose: biotech.spb.ru/klinicheskie-… Do not listen to acientific papers. They published negative data to scare you.

Very good. All fucking mainstream media and clinics talk bad about it, meaning that it is a threat to big pharma. Go people, go buy for yourself. Only be careful with the brands.

Holy SMOKES… A natural soil bacteria combo just COMPLETELY ERADICATED tumors across MULTIPLE human cancer types in 100% of mice. COLORECTAL CANCER: 100% ELIMINATED OVARIAN CANCER: 100% ELIMINATED PANCREATIC CANCER: 100% ELIMINATED Two IV doses of a highly synergistic bacterial combination—Proteus mirabilis and Rhodopseudomonas palustris—eliminated every single tumor in the treated mice. Proteus mirabilis (A-gyo) acts as the primary TUMOR DESTROYER, invading cancer tissue, disrupting tumor blood vessels, and triggering massive cancer-cell death. Rhodopseudomonas palustris (UN-gyo) suppresses A-gyo’s potentially harmful biological activity while promoting its transformation into tumor-penetrating forms. Together, they achieved COMPLETE tumor regression with NO observable systemic toxicity at the tested therapeutic dose. Further research is urgently needed as cancer rates continue to climb.

$IBRX - What's going on with the stock price? Wrong question. The right questions: What if medicine could be revolutionary? What if we could save lives without doing harm? Do. Not. Harm.

$IBRX The FDA said yes three months early. The share price fell about 20%. The forums flooded with fear. Read that back. The news got better. The mood got worse. Here is what the fear is missing. WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED Ten days ago, on October 14, the FDA approved ANKTIVA for a new group of bladder-cancer patients, roughly three months ahead of its own deadline. It was the first medicine ever cleared for them, in a disease where the only prior option had been surgery to remove the bladder. Investors had waited a long time for that yes, and many had bought in ahead of it, expecting the day to feel like a win. It didn't. The price fell, and the forums turned dark. The reason has nothing to do with the medicine. When an event everyone has been anticipating finally arrives, the excitement that ran ahead of it drains away. Traders even have a name for it: selling the news. It is a fact about the crowd, not the cure. FOUR FEARS, AND NONE IS ABOUT THE MEDICINE Scroll the boards and the worry is almost never that the science failed. It is about money, and it takes four shapes. - Priced for perfection. The good news is already in the stock, so now the sales have to prove it. Show me, they say. Do not tell me - The competition is coming. Johnson and Johnson has a bladder treatment that does not need BCG and is already selling. The fear is that it takes the market - Another raise. The company has leaned on selling shares before, and each one can leave today's owners with a smaller piece - The chart says down. Some chart-readers say the peak has passed and the big money is quietly selling, so the feeds brace for a months-long slide. The chart does not lie, they repeat Four fair worries. And not one of them is that the medicine stopped working. Start with the loudest: show me the money. WHAT NO ONE CAN HONESTLY TELL YOU Here is the hard part, and it cuts against both sides. Nobody outside the company can give you that number yet. The quarter that just ended is over, so its sales already happened. The exact number is sealed inside the company until it reports, which could be any day now. The quarter running now, no one knows at all. Nobody knows the next trial's result before the results are opened. Nobody knows the final price in a new country. Only the management team sees the orders as they land. Every confident prediction you are reading right now, bull or bear, is a guess. Mine included. A chart is a guess too. It can draw where the price has been, but it cannot see a trial result that has not been revealed or a quarter that has not been reported. The lines only know the past. And the scariest claim in that bundle, that the big money is quietly selling, is not data on what any investor actually did. It is a number the charting app builds out of the same price and volume already on the chart. The chart talking about itself. But prediction is not the only thing on the table. A great deal is already done: banked, and beyond the reach of any single quarter. So start there. WHAT IS ALREADY BANKED Not forecasts. Things that have already happened: - A second form of the disease, cleared ten days ago. This bladder cancer comes in more than one form, and the October approval was the first the FDA has ever granted for this one. On our read of the patient numbers, that roughly doubles the US pool ANKTIVA is cleared to treat - The first form, cleared back in 2024, now with a multi-year track record. In those earlier patients, the longest responses have run past 53 months, and 84% of those who responded still had their bladder at three years - Europe, open. 30 countries cleared it in a single approval, with a commercial partner and over 100 sales, medical and marketing staff in place. The first vials have already come off the line, packed and labeled in German, and the company's founder posted the photo of that finished run himself - The Gulf, open. The UAE granted the widest label this drug holds anywhere on earth, covering both bladder cancer and an advanced lung cancer the US has not approved it for at all A weak quarter does not undo any of it. HOW ANKTIVA IS ACTUALLY GIVEN Here is the part that changes the whole picture, and almost nobody spells it out. ANKTIVA is placed directly into the bladder together with BCG, in a urologist's office. It does not happen once. It opens with an induction course: one treatment a week for six weeks. Six doses. At the three-month check, if the cancer is not fully cleared, that six-week course can be run a second time. Then maintenance begins, and it is long. A round of three weekly treatments repeats at months 4, 7, 10, 13, and 19. For patients still responding, it continues with another three-treatment round at months 25, 31, and 37. Add it up. One responding patient can receive on the order of 30 separate in-office treatments, stretched across about three years. So one patient is not one sale. Each treatment is billed on its own, as it is given, at roughly 35,000 dollars a dose. None of it is paid up front. The first year alone runs to around half a million dollars, and that is only the first year. The rounds in years two and three are billed when they happen, still to come. A full course climbs toward a million dollars, arriving in pieces across the three years, never in one lump. These are list prices, and the company collects less after rebates and patient assistance. But the shape is the point: the money recurs, per patient, year after year. IS THE GROWTH EVEN REAL? This is the fear under the fear: that the sales are a sugar high. A rush of early adopters, then a fade. But look at what we just counted. Because every responder is on a multi-year course, the base does not reset each quarter. It stacks, as new patients start on top of the ones still cycling through their maintenance rounds. The record so far: eight quarters in a row of growth, more than 50 million dollars in the most recent one, nearly double a year before. It kept growing straight through Johnson and Johnson's launch. The honest mechanism: to keep climbing, it needs a steady flow of new patients in the top. That is exactly what each new approval delivers, by reaching earlier into the disease. It started with the hardest cases, carcinoma in situ (the flat, high-grade form), in patients whose cancer had stopped responding to BCG. Ten days ago it added the papillary form (tumors that grow on stalks), in that same BCG-unresponsive group. And the trial reading out soon goes earlier than either: BCG-naive patients, given ANKTIVA with BCG from the very first treatment. That is the largest pool of all. Each step widens the mouth of the funnel. And this is an IL-15 immune therapy, not a one-cancer drug. Bladder is where it earns today. It is in trials well beyond it. Bladder is the floor, not the ceiling. THE APPROVALS THAT AREN'T IN THE NUMBERS YET A fair question: more than thirty countries approved, so where is the overseas money? Straight from the filings: through last quarter, every dollar of product sales still came from the United States. International has barely begun. Now turn that over. The US alone is carrying the whole thing, and still growing, before Europe or the Gulf add a single dollar. Every one of those approvals is upside that has not reached the books yet. Timing, honestly: Europe's first supply was only produced in August, so overseas revenue starts to appear over the next quarter or two and into next year. No one can name the exact quarter it turns meaningful. That number starts near zero. From here it has only one way to go: up. WHAT TO WATCH NEXT Dates, not promises: - The trial in patients earlier in the disease has finished collecting its data, and the company expects the results in November - A filing to expand the approval to more patients is on track for the end of this quarter - The next revenue update could land any day now. Watch them. Wait for the real numbers. THE CATCH The honest other side, because a piece that only reassures is worth nothing: - This company still spends more than it earns, and it has said it may need to raise money. Owners today could hold a smaller slice later - One quarter can look weak for reasons that have nothing to do with the medicine - The competition is real, and it is not standing still - None of the facts above promise anything about what the price does next. None of this is advice ASK WHAT THEY GAIN Think back to everything the feeds have been screaming. It is overvalued. The competition will take the market. Another raise will shrink your slice. The chart says it only falls from here. Loud, confident, and everywhere at once. So here is the last tool, and the most useful one of all. Before you believe any of it, including this post, ask one question: what does this person gain if I believe them? The fear you read comes from very different places. - Some of it is real. A holder who is genuinely scared, thinking out loud. The fear is honest, even when the conclusion is wrong - Some of it is a swing trade. Someone who sold higher and would love to buy back cheaper, so they talk it down. Someone who is short and makes money the moment you panic and sell - Some of it is a rival's corner. People who own a competing stock and want this one to look weak - And on any name with this much attention, some posts are simply paid to move you, in both directions at once. You usually cannot tell which, so do not burn energy hunting villains You do not need to know who is who. You only need the question: what does this person gain if I believe them? Ask it, and most of the fear quietly loses its grip. Ask it of me too. My intent is in the open: to pull the facts out from under the mood and hand you every one to check. Judge whether I did. Here is what the fear is missing. Ten days ago, patients with this cancer had no medicine, only surgery. Today they have a medicine, cleared early, in more than thirty countries, keeping bladders in bodies. That happened. It is still true this morning, whatever the screen says. Red numbers, then green, then red again. None of it reaches the patient who still has their bladder, and their life, because ANKTIVA exists. That is the thing. Not the number. The life. P.S. Face your fear and fear disappears.
