Why has WSCH suddenly become so important to me? Because it combines several things I've wanted to write for a long time: long separation and reconciliation, an older Georg and Maria, Venice as a setting, and a story that began as a daydream and simply refused to leave me alone.

Funny how writing works. A tornado hit a nearby town, my internet disappeared, and I ended up spending the day on WSCH. I didn't write half the story, but I developed about half its structure and now have three chapters drafted. Possibly my most productive writing day ever!

There was a major thunderstorm in my area yesterday, and we have no wifi connection ever since. I see what I can do around here...

"Write the thing you cannot stop thinking about." I just read that. Doing it. I have almost 2 chapters done, ideas for the next three or four. That's what inspiration does to me. – at Americana, Brasil
