…Santa looked softly into her eyes and said, “Yes, it’s yours to keep”. Needless to say, she was grateful that someone thought to give her something for Christmas. Thank you to her gifter for fulfilling her Christmas wish list year 🎅🏼❤️
Patricia rounded the corner and was surprised to see Santa & his elves waiting for her. When we handed her gift over, she remarked, “For me?” To which Santa replied, “Yes, this is for you!” When she saw her newly gifted blanket, her eyes began to water & asked, “Can I keep that?”

Paramedic Services brought Santa to seniors yesterday at Sunnyside Home Long-Term Care! 🎅
This program has been bringing gifts to seniors in need for the past 12 years. Thanks to community donations, this year they gave gifts to 182 seniors across Waterloo Region. 🎁

Last minute gifts have made it into the gift bags and we are ready to deliver! Over the next 2 days, Santa & elves will be making visits to 6 nursing homes to deliver gifts to the 182 seniors on this year’s Wish List! Thank you to everyone who gave this year!🎅🏼❤️

That’s a wrap! This year, we delivered personalized gifts to 176 seniors in 7 nursing homes plus gift items for another 150 LTC residents. We made face-to-face visits with +100 seniors in 4 nursing homes which we weren’t able to do since 2019! Thank you & Merry Christmas! 🎅🏼🎁
We made our final delivery to Golden Years Nursing Home yesterday. 15 bagged gifts and 8 boxes of goodies for their seniors to enjoy on Christmas Day. Thank you to our friends at @StuffInStocking for supplying us with some extra bulk items to share with the seniors in this home.
Some photos from our delivery day! One of the most common and heartwarming responses we get from these seniors is, “For me?” They are genuinely surprised that someone thought to get them something for Christmas. So on their behalf, “thank you”…it means more than you know. 🎅🏼❤️
