I'll never forget reporting from the mind-bendingly remote Tuvalu. The anxiety of living on the frontlines of the climate crisis was palpable. @TelegraphMag

My partner in crime Olly Box and I have been reporting from the Pacific for over a month now.
Today, the UN is expected to vote on whether to adopt Vanuatu's proposal that the International Court of Justice clarify the obligations of states to tackle climate change and the consequences of not doing so under international law.
In the run up to the vote and after two Category-4 cyclones smashed into the island nation over a matter of days, Olly and I spoke to people on the ground in Vanuatu for The Independent and Sky News.

Our govt is spending a billion pounds less on cutting domestic emissions than it expects to raise through carbon taxes over the next 12 months, contradicting its own principle that 'the polluter pays'.

Rishi Sunak's decision to attend COp27 will be welcomed by those who have been calling for stronger UK leadership on climate.
There is no long-term prosperity without action on climate change.
There is no energy security without investing in renewables.
That is why I will attend @COP27P next week: to deliver on Glasgow's legacy of building a secure and sustainable future.
