Just outside of where I was boarding at @flysanantonio , presumably someone who was trying to board a flight to @FlyTPA .
Two of my hotel nights in NOLA were at the Hyatt Regency, or, as I have been calling it, the hotel where @JamesCarville did his hotel walk at the beginning of his CNN bio-doc explaining concerns about older people falling on sidewalks & roadways.
I could rewatch that scene daily.

Seems like a good day to propose legally changing my name (and actual marriage) at the Law Library of Congress with the Texas Code
@LawLibCongress @librarycongress is my favorite building, so...
Someday, I'll have snack size bags, but my Don't Faint From Lack of Sodium chips are ready for their appearances at #ASCinDC25
That's the first of the RPALS to defend a thesis, and I can't be more excited for what he's going to do next. Evan is brilliant and has a heart for service, coupled with his extraordinary intuition and ability to learn quickly. It was a privilege to be his mentor.
Congratulations, Evan Saunders, on your successful thesis defense!
Keep up the good work!

Emerging from his bout with a plague, 1st VP & Program Chair Shaun Thomas invites you to a Presidential Reception after Dr. Julie Baldwin's Presidential Address on Tues 9/9. Show your spirit for your alma mater or the one paying your bills because it's a tailgate theme! #SCJA2025
As summer draws to a close, I am so thankful I was able to look for love in it and not burn the day away. Six shows, five posters, four shirts, three loved ones at their first show, two weeks, and one favorite band. 🧡
I have the best job in the world, ready to go chase curiosity
It's me, I'm the one who broke my mug from Daytona.
But you can pry my Nashville buckle, harmonica, guitar pics, and cooler; Greenville lip balm; Pensacola Beach towel, and Biloxi poker chips from my cold, dead hands. #SCJA2025
Early registration for the annual meeting closes soon, so take advantage of our lower rates so we make sure to have enough swag (yes, including our traditional coffee mugs) for everyone. southerncj.org/conference-20…
(Yes, our social media chair may have broken 2021 Daytona in a move)
Here me out: @davematthewsbnd and @paramore should collab.
Showing my work:
1. David Byrne appreciation. Paramore's cover of Burning Down the House, DB covering Hard Times. DMB covers DB and Dave loves David.
5. DMB past collabs with women on studio and live: Brandi Carlile, Alanis Morrissette, Molly Tuttle, Emmylou Harris, Susan Tedeschi, the Lovely Ladies (Tawatha Agee, Cindy Mizelle, and Sharon Bryant), Celisse.
In sum: it will be fantastic for Dave and Hayley to collaborate on something that is either a powerful and potent topic or weird and dancy.
@SLessard bassline for icing on the cake.
Hey, I know that koozie and shirt...
