We’ve been busy on @TeamGervis_NUH upgrading our SWAN box to a whole cupboard! Stocking up on care packs for relatives to help themselves to and making new SWAN signs for our patients and relatives to have the peace and relaxing environment they deserve 🦢🕯@NUHEOLC @NUHNursing
