Listened to @GNev2 via @StevenBartlett #DiaryofaCEO and the areas he talks about grief and people stating "that's not normal", well keeping going was my normal too. Grief is so individual to the person that carries it. There is no right or wrong way. Really good listen ❤️🦋

If topping up fuel at @Tesco garages, be mindful that with Visa/Mastercard they now authorise for upto £120 regardless of what you put in! My sis put £7 in and left herself £34 which they took so she is now left with £0 in her bank until it comes back out of pending!#costofliving

It's 19.20 and I've still not made tea. This grief thing is bloody crap. My head is telling me to get up and make the tea and body is saying just stay on the settee! The kids need feeding though so needs must.....
