Most complaints about Dolores Bauer, who's said to be a "monster"', "truly evil" "truly sick down to her soul", "sick by nature"; Allison Hill, Clark Mason too management classifies workers part-time but gives them full-time hours to rob them of benefits employees written up for not getting enough RSVPs to company parties, not wearing a bra, calling out sick protecting employees who sexually harass/ intimidate colleagues, including underage ones issuing parking tickets and writeups if employees park in the company parking lot makes workers work 12 hours without breaks Bauer illegally serves alcohol in the store's often enderstaffed wine bar w/o liquor license staff has "designated crying area" away from management.

ALT staff always overworked/underpaid: staff brought up mental health concerns and were penalized worker stole customers' private info to find them online, ask them out. Bauer ignored complaints. same man lovebombed female colleagues, then gasli them. Despite complaints, he became a manager allowing him to groom new hires one worker written up for "any little thing", given worst shifts after they filed worker comp claim until fired, then cancelled their aftercare appts: "I was broken by a place that I thought I loved. Come to find out, this is just what they do to people." Bauer persistently harassing worker about their relationship with a coworker; dating coworkers not against company policy but worker told a supervisor to be safe. Bauer invalidated it, stating worker had to tell her to ensure "evervone is safe"

ALT staff organized sickout after mgmt failed to keep them safe from COVID: all workers involved were fired upper mgmt refuses to wear masks in poorly ventilated areas, makes staff do meetings there won't inform workers others came to work w/ COVID Bauer ordering employees to not speak Spanish Bauer said customer sexually harassed underage worker is "awkward", "different sense of humor" making workers of some shapes wear longer shirts when wearing jeans even if no skin showing; Bauer wrote up one worker for this & for calling out when suffering serious health issues Bauer is nice until you make a mistake, then she turns on you and holds a grudge forever refusing to get rid of rats in the wine bar instead of addressing issues, management plays mind games with employees who raise concerns

They knew the work due to seniority; now receiving is all white and doesn't know how to do the work because no one is left to train them Post-pandemic no one in receiving asked to return
