I love that @mccormickforgov is running. For those to say it’s a waste of time, how do you propose we seek change? Should we just accept what we believe doesn’t best serve our state? McCormick is running a values campaign for PEOPLE and I’ll for it!

When legislators complain about K-12 education, remind them inadequate funding and poor policies have an impact. Lawmakers: STOP attacking and shaming K-12 schools. START prioritizing education; kids, families, employers,communities and IN depends on this.
Indiana, we are a week out from #Election2022. When you go to the polls…remember the party that didn’t just raise your gas tax, took abortion rights away for women, continuously disrespect/disregard our educators, and made it easier for guns to but unaccounted for.

This is heartbreaking. We have to do a better job of supporting teachers and not just giving lip service on this. I work regularly and closely with teachers and hear some of the same hurts—I wish could give them more.

Crazy week as we just got an unexpected foster placement. Which leads me to my point: for all the people saying they only cared about wanting to help kids, it’s time to start helping kids
