Don't allow the left to change our language, change definitions, add new words, or say a boy who thinks he is a girl is a girl.
Don't use the word "cisgender." If you do, you are giving into new speak.
Don't say, "transgender boy or girl." There is no such thing. It's a boy or girl, man or woman, with some very limited biological anomalies.
Don't allow the radical left to say this initiative has anything to do with President Trump. This is an 80/20 issue, and the 20 are just radical.
When you ask someone what a woman is, and they can't answer, you should not waste your time speaking with them. They are either too stupid or too radical. Either way, you are wasting your time.
Vote to keep boys out of girl sports.
If you want to have a fun time with some other normal people, send me an email to; [email protected] and join us for future events.

Yesterday at 1453 hours (2:53 PM) I received an email from our county auditor, Linda Farmer.
She told me that @GovBobFerguson has offered National Guard resources to monitor our 50+ drop boxes.
I asked her if she has received any intelligence regarding any issues we might face. I'm waiting to hear back. I'm confident she has not.
This is all political theater.
It's time to fight back. I'm looking for a few (actually a lot) good men and women to join me. We will go to a sporting event where these radical leftists are (soccer or wnba), and we will wear xx-xyathletics.com.
We will stand up for free speech. It will be a lot of fun.
If you want to join just email me at:

The Pierce County Republican Party sent out a sample ballot that was marked “accept” 53.
They just found out about it, and are sending out emails and texts to correct it. Remember: Reject53.org
Did you know that prosecutors have "absolute immunity?"
That means they can't be sued for:
Deciding whether to file charges and what charges to bring,
Preparing and filing charging documents,
Presenting evidence at trial, examining witnesses, and making arguments (meaning, they can withhold evidence that helps the defendant)
Negotiating plea deals (which is mostly what they do regardless of what the victim family wants)
Supporting a search warrant at a probable cause hearing (again, they can lie on the affidavit)
Cops have "qualified immunity." That means they have to qualify for immunity. Cops don't get special treatment like prosecutors do. They are treated like any other government employee.
Qualified immunity is a judicially created doctrine in U.S. law that protects government officials, including police officers, from civil liability when performing discretionary duties, unless they violate clearly established statutory or constitutional rights that a reasonable person would have known about.
But prosecutors can violate the above and nothing will be done to them. And, by the way, prosecutors are very seldom ever charged with a crime. They protect and cover for themselves.
Judges have absolute, absolute immunity (two absolutes are my wording for emphasis). They can't be held liable for ANYTHING they do from the bench.
The protection is absolute: it applies even if the decision is wrong, exceeds the judge’s authority, or is motivated by malice or corruption.
We need abolish absolute immunity, and that will start cleaning up the "justice system."
Why did @GovBobFerguson send his children to private school?
Due process for illegal aliens is different than due process for citizens.

This isn't a bad synopsis of what happened at the State Supreme Court yesterday in the Robnett v. Mell case.
thenewstribune.com/news/loca…
Not only is the Pierce County (the 60th largest county in America) office of sheriff vastly underpaid (I am not the sheriff for money), it will cost a lot to find one, and the salary will have to be raised considerably.
Then you have all the benefits and the severance package (think SPD's Shon Barnes) for the mistake you make when you hire the wrong DEI person.
The people make better choices than partisan politicians.

Imagine that. A "student" (what is a student?) must use valid identification to vote. Don't you know college students can't afford identification?
And imagine this: Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson (who doesn't know what a woman is because she isn't a scientist) dissented. I'm sure she didn't write her dissent.

Update Robnett v. Mell:
The hearing was actually ahead of schedule. It was heard at 10:00 AM. I spoke with my attorney (appointed by Robnett) afterwards. He told me that the justices probably decided the case today, and the ruling should be written up and published by the end of the year.
I believe that the attorneys for both sides didn't do a very good job. Mell's attorney spoke too many "ums" and "ahs", and he was difficult to follow. I actually don't know what he said.
The attorney for Robnett was arrogant and condescending in her tone and manner (she's been that way with me so it's her actual demeanor), but she spoke much clearer than Mell's attorney.
Both sides should have sent their best, and if they were the best, that is very disappointing.
Today at 1030, the State Supreme Court will hear Robnett v. Mell. This is the case regarding Joan Mell representing me as my attorney.
This case is very important. It will determine if an elected official can get a second opinion from an attorney when the Prosecuting Attorney (elected officials' legal advisor by statute) is incompetent, or politically motivated.
I know that haters find it hard to believe that a prosecutor can be incompetent or politically motivated, but as I said before, everything in government is political, and we are surrounded by very stupid people in government.
I hope the Justices are not politically motivated, and they will rule in the interest of justice.

I've been reading a lot on various social media regarding Initiative 645, the repeal the income tax initiative.
I voted for it.
I see the hateful vitriol coming from those who support the income tax. What I see the most is, if someone is against the income tax, the radical leftist calls them a MAGA(t) and then goes on a tirade about how terrible President Trump is.
Then they add that we have to keep the income tax because Trump is a criminal, Orange man bad, and he is responsible for Washington state's economic troubles.
In Washington, people are so uneducated, that all a candidate needs to say is, "I hate Trump.", and they will get elected in a blue district.
I hope that I-645 passes, but if it doesn't, I hope Democrats lower the threshold to $25,000/year.
We ALL need to pay our FAIR share.
“(He) recognizes that his actions were dangerous and inappropriate, and he’s committed to learning from his mistakes,” Tran said. “He really just wants to reconnect with his family and continue the process of healing from this trauma.”
HE CAUSED THE TRAUMA!
This is why the criminal justice system is dysfunctional AF. This is a statement from the suspect's (shooter) public offender (yes, I put that there on purpose).
