This will be interesting @SaveWithnellHC … Will big multi site provider be met with the same response as a small GP provider . If so then the contracts must surely go out to an open tender . If not then we know the lie of the land

Patient engagement carried out showed 70 percent said nothing ( that’s nothing ) needed to be changed in how the health centre operates ! Patient engagement showed patients to be happy with the current team .
