Protein inflation has gotten so out of hand…It should be a sueable offense at this point. If you claim and or market something to have 37 grams of protein in it and there’s only 29 grams of protein ( which mind you…29 grams is still alot and I’d be happy with that number ) it’s the inflation part that pisses me off and the purposeful misleading marketing to increase sales. I know sooo many brands, restaurants and companies are doing this 😤🥴
People getting onto their partners for playing GTA6 and saying it’s a form of cheating but sit cozied up on the couch watching Love Island. SHUT the FUCK UP. It’s a GAME.

Things feel so much better when they’re earned through blood, sweat and tears. One of my favorite traits from my Dad is not wanting anything unless I’ve earned it myself. Even if it takes longer to get what you want, always pursue things that way in life. A handout will never feel earned.
