The meeting with @BuschGardens Tampa president Brian Bacica went INCREDIBLY WELL! Lots of changes are coming, all for the better! While some of you might not see some of the changes you were hoping for, the park is in really great hands, and Brian Bacica says he is here to stay! I’ll expand more on this in a full later on! Looking forward to sharing more with you all, but looking forward to watching this park improve under Brian Bacica’s leadership!

Nearly time for my meeting with @buschgardens park president Brian Bacica! Stay tuned to know how it goes!

Operations have been pretty good at @BuschGardens, but I must admit the park is pretty slow today. The only operations that I wasn’t impressed with was Montu. They just don’t seem to be trying to be even remotely quick compared to all the other ride ops. Disappointing considering it’s my favorite ride here.

Lmao! I just heard someone walk past me saying that they had to close the original Gwazi because the loading platform collapsed! Do people just make up thing to hear themselves talk? Lolololol

I really don’t know how this is possible, but Phoenix Rising has a SERIOUSLY BAD rattle now. Doesn’t cause any pain or discomfort, but sheesh! Couldn’t hear my own voice over the rattle. It’s much worse since it’s opening day at @BuschGardens. Hopefully with B&M going with a different steel fabrication company this won’t be an issue on future models.

My favorite status in @BuschGardens Tampa is of the gorilla trying to hail a taxicab.

Wild Tortillas, the newest quick serve dining option at @BuschGardens Tampa tastes great! But for a nonpassmember, the cost of that and a drink is over $27. $18.99 for the tacos by themselves. While it’s good, it IS NOT worth that price.

BG Cuban Cafe is closed, and the new place I wanted to give a shot, Wild Tortilla, is also closed. These are the only options I felt safe eating at @BuschGardens Tampa. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do now… Chick-Fil-A and pay more than double the normal cost for a meal? I’m getting hangry now.

Today is the day! 56 days after @BuschGardens Tampa first emailed me attempting set up a meeting with former park president Jon Vigue, I will finally be meeting with their new president Brian Bacica! I’ll be posting live updates all day at the park, so stay tuned!

Apparently @Carowinds have never put Fury 325 or Thunderstriker on their closure list. I thought they would’ve wanted visitors to know of closures before making plans, but I guess they’re trying to make sure everyone has a six flags day AND weekend!

Heading out to Tampa for my meeting with @BuschGardens Tampa tomorrow! I’ll be spending the night nearby so I can get to the park in the AM and hopefully be first in the park again. I’ll be posting live updates all day, as well as giving my thoughts on the meeting and updating you all on the answers they’ve provided me to questions you’ve asked. Hopeful we can have a productive meeting and help provide the park with insight onto how they can improve the park and the guest experience! Fury 325 & Thunderstriker are no longer on Carowinds closure list! Let’s go!!

Mako had a ride evacuation to end the day at @SeaWorld Orlando, right after reopening earlier today. One train ops all day. Hopefully things will be a little bit smoother for them tomorrow!
