It's popular on the Right to say what the media won't say, that this is all about the immigrants, but that would be a mistake. Oh, the immigrants are essential, but the issues are much bigger, and it could be called a very twisted form of Horseshoe theory, with 4 factions

🇫🇷 France's protests are turning into something MUCH BIGGER than a weekend of unrest.
Huge crowds are flooding the streets over soaring living costs and concerns about democracy.
In Paris alone, police counted 110,000 demonstrators.
And the movement isn't winding down.
Protest organizers are already building toward a nationwide GENERAL STRIKE on November 5.
What started as street protests is becoming a sustained challenge to the French government.

what he wanted because the voters wouldn't allow it, and therefore the downward spiral increases.
France has huge immigrant problems, yes, that is core to the protests, yes. But voters can also vote to destroy their own nation, and that is what France is showing the world.

What happens when 60%+ of the population depends on the State for their living standards, and they DEMAND more? We get France in 2026. National debt over 120% of GDP, 57% of that GDP is taken & redistributed, & the Left & Right are both promising to give them MORE. Democracy.

and the 2 leading presidential candidates. The four factions are:
1. Immigrants (foreign parasites)
2. French far Left (domestic parasites)
3. Pensioners (old parasites)
4. Yellow Vests (rural producers)
Currently 400k to 800k (per WSJ) of 1, 2 and 4 are in the streets,

Great little clip on what Prince is up to in Haiti, with an interview from 2 weeks ago.
Remember, per what Bukele retweeted, 5 charter plans were leaving DC 2 days ago, along with 5 from El Salvador. We don't know what was on those planes, but we may find out

CNN gains exclusive access to Erik Prince's operation in Haiti as security forces battle gangs that control much of Port-au-Prince. Nick Paton Walsh reports.
Watch the full report on cnn.com/allaccess.
This also ties into why the US is going after the ICC so hard. With El Salvador in Haiti or other allies anywhere in the world, the Europeans want to be able to dictate the rules of engagement. This is completely unacceptable, they lack the hard power to dictate to anyone.

I would venture the military will not be bogged down by ROE and will be able to locate close and destroy the enemy. This is something the UN lacks the intestinal fortitude for.
Reality, not absurdity. There's endless crap talk & opinions on the internet, and comparing the two deployments, EU to Greenland & El Salvador to Haiti that happened reasonably close in time to each other, shines on a bright light on the reality of the current capabilities.

The Greenland thing is just absurd…
There is a difference between sending a 100 men SF Contingent on a short term trip via a a US C-17 (and on a mission with US Intelligence and logistics support) and a significant defence of Greenland against US troops
Unlike El Salvador Europe does have planes, though a small fraction of what the US has available.
But in practice, in a real life situation, Europe couldn't get 100 armed soldiers across an ocean in a rapid, independent deployment.

As the mission develops, we're getting a better picture. The 100 reinforcements sent yesterday brought light armored vehicles with them, loaded onto a US C-130 in the open at the international airport. El Salvador troops & equipment, US provides transport & intelligence.

There's a lot of bad information & images floating around, one I saw going around yesterdays was actually of Columbian troops. However, this seems legit, Grok agrees, and clearly nobody is trying to hide anything about the US ferrying El Salvador units at this point.

Allegedly they did load some armored vehicles
