As the world appears to have gone mad, what with the usual war mongering and yet another reshuffle of the global "mis"-leaders chessboard, as if that ever fixed anything, plus a steady stream of non existent viruses with ever more obscure names steadily working their way through the alphabet (while people seem to have been suffering with long Covid now into the almost seventh year, so we can now safely assume that Covid is an acronym for cunts obsessed with viral idiotic doom), and a blizzard of apparently insane laws and regulations dictating precisely how one should feel offended by everything (complete with handy instructions on how to act upon said offence) while we now have a day to celebrate everything from dwarfism to autism to the Miss Africa of Scotland awards, governments issue the familiar warnings about stockpiling, and the AI apps prompt the phrase, "think harder", all things considered, its probably the best thing people should do. "Think harder".

Tomorrow the clocks change again. Nature has never needed our adjustments, Our bodies, however, still search for nature not an artificial timetable. That is why so many of us feel out of synch, not because we're fragile, but because we keep overriding a system that already keeps perfect time.

Advice given to us by Cato the Elder From his book De Agri Cultura, written around 160 BCE, roughly 2,185 years ago, we still use it today. Harvest 2026 begins. "When the olives are ripe, gather them as soon as possible and process them at once. They spoil if left long on the ground or floor, and the quicker you work them, the more and better oil you get.”

Is this the reason folic acid is being added to everything? "In targeted nanoparticle systems, folic acid is conjugated to delivery vehicles such as dendrimer-coated gold nanoparticles, liposomes, chitosan-functionalised selenium nanoparticles or functionalised lipid nanoparticles. These bind folate receptors overexpressed on many cancer cells, triggering receptor-mediated endocytosis that improves selective cellular uptake and transfection of the mRNA cargo. Studies show higher luciferase reporter expression with folic-acid-targeted versions versus non-targeted controls in folate-receptor-positive cell lines (for example MCF-7 and KB), an effect reduced by excess free folic acid, confirming the receptor-dependent mechanism."

The scenes in some European cities over the last couple of days have been disgusting. To watch people smash up centuries old architecture and the painstaking workmanship of generations, simply to destroy family businesses and wreck the lives of ordinary people who live and work in those places, is nothing short of contemptible. And for what? To wave flags belonging to the very systems and establishments that have allowed all of this to happen in the first place. These are sheep like, ignorant kids following paid leaders, leaders who are, more often than not, funded by the same institutions they claim to be fighting. Years of indoctrination, weak parenting and a culture of lazy entitlement have produced exactly this. If you are flying a Palestinian flag or an Israeli flag and smashing up someone else’s city, then fuck off over there and fight your own fight. You stupid little bastards are practically begging for martial law. Then you’ll all be crying into your PlayStations, locked in your bedrooms and basements. There is a clear psychology at work here. Many of these people are not acting from carefully reasoned conviction, they are chasing the high of moral superiority and group belonging. In a crowd, individual responsibility dissolves. Deindividuation takes over, the mask of the group removes the usual restraints, and ordinary people do things they would never contemplate alone. Social media has turbocharged this. Outrage is rewarded with likes, shares and status within the tribe. Expressing measured doubt gets you cast out, so the pressure to perform ever greater displays of purity intensifies. For some it fills a genuine void, identity, purpose, a sense of being on the “right side of history.” For others it is simply the easiest way to feel significant without having to build or maintain anything themselves. Years of being told that the West is uniquely guilty, that institutions are irredeemable, and that certain foreign causes are morally untouchable, have left large numbers of young people primed for exactly this kind of destructive self righteousness. The games being played are older and more cynical than most of the participants realise. Organised groups, political actors and well funded networks deliberately exploit these psychological vulnerabilities. They supply the slogans, the funding, the legal cover and the media framing. The same establishments that many of the protesters claim to oppose quietly tolerate or even encourage the chaos because it serves useful purposes, it polarises populations, distracts from domestic failures, justifies greater surveillance and control, and keeps people fighting each other rather than asking harder questions of those in power. Divide and rule remains effective. Both “sides” of the foreign conflict are used as props in a larger domestic theatre. The destruction of local businesses and historic streets is not an unfortunate by product; in the logic of the game it is useful, because it deepens resentment, hardens identities and makes compromise look like betrayal. I’ve also seen some of the most ludicrous comments this morning, people whose family businesses have been wrecked being sneeringly labelled “liberals.” Since when did mourning the destruction of a livelihood make you a liberal? Its just more division, more titles, more people shoved into boxes by others who know nothing about them. Everyone is a pawn in one big sick game of chess and most of the people on the board have no idea who is actually moving the pieces. You're not brave, you're not edgy, you're not involved in a "revolution", you're ill informed ignorant cunts.

When the organized fury of the streets burns every house but the ones that built the cage, the fire is not rebellion , it is the cage itself, refining its bars. Stupid little bastards!

You opened this app yourself, you opened this app to avoid something maybe... Orwell feared that a dictator would take control of your life, Huxley knew you'd hand it over willingly.. What Orwell feared were those who would ban books, what Huxley feared was there would be no reason to ban a book, for there would be no one left that wanted to read one. Orwell feared those who would deprive us of information, Huxley feared we'd be given so much information we'd be reduced to passivity and egoism. Orwell feared the truth would be concealed from us, Huxley feared that the truth would be drowned in a sea of irrelevance. Orwell feared we would become a captive culture, Huxley feared we'd become a trivial culture. In 1985 Neil Postman published "Amusing ourselves to death", his core argument wasn't that we'd be oppressed by force, but that we'd sedate ourselves with pleasure. We open these apps ourselves, it didn't take a dictator to control our lives, we handed it over willingly, Huxley was right.....

This vile nasty bully bastard once described himself as having the eyes of Satan. Come and find about more his dark side ... 👇🏼
Friday's WAKE UP at 9am BST Thank you for all your lovely messages, I'm back to better health and raring to go with our 'Dark Side' series. Tomorrow the spotlight falls on this man: Presenter Jeremy Kyle. A man known for hypocrisy and deceit. A man who has been endlessly promoted despite (or because of) his known ‘dark side’. A man who has devoted his propaganda career to propping up the British establishment. A man with a long history of royal connections. A man whose career has largely existed around the pushing of poverty porn and the demonisation of the more vulnerable amongst us. A man with a death count around his shows. A man who can be counted on to support State Agendas from C19 to Ukraine. A man who has been given the all-clear by the broken and bent media establishment to continue working against the betterment of people and on behalf of the parasitic controllers. Come and join me live. We have the liveliest of live chats who will make you welcome. Mary Gray from Scotland (originally from Newtyle) lived to the remarkable age of 112 and yet, somehow, she was still active and visiting friends during this interview in 1982. This kind, charming relic of a woman was born in Victorian Britain, yet sat for this interview during the decade I was born. She then went on to see the turn of the millennium. She was celebrated as Scotland’s oldest woman at the time of her passing in 2014. It's insane to think of how much she's seen. Absolutely incredible. ⏳️
