Sam Altman thinks RAM sitting in personal computers is a waste when it could be put to better use in data centers. Weird. I was just thinking that all those billions sitting in billionaires’ bank accounts could be put to much better use in our communities.

YES! HOW has this taken this long to implement? Give people a chance to remove any dubious content to correct mistakes and keep their history.
YouTube is testing a new policy that gives creators 30 days to save their channels from permanent bans Creators can edit or remove videos that break the rules or simply delete all their videos

Happy Banjo-Kazooie Double Pack day! Play it on a Super Pocket, play it on a telly, play it on @evercaderetro's swanky new Nexus. However you partake, enjoy improvements like clearer text and 'Fine Aim' in Banjo-Tooie to help wrangle that elastic crosshair on a D-Pad. HAVE FUN!

I swear, if 1 more good person goes instead of a bad person within 2026; this is all rigged and I will have a moment of public moral outrage.

The choice is either die by not being able to choose to willingly choke on a biscuit, or get jailed if you survive your unintentional brush with death. I hate it here, and our government then wonder why.
Guys I'm so tired with the frivolous "child safety laws" that are being passed in the UK. At this point some guy is gonna choke on food in a restaurant and be arrested for public indecency.

🚨 BREAKING: ABSOLUTE BLOODBATH AT THE U.S. STOCK MARKET OPEN! 🇺🇸 OVER $410,000,000,000.00 HAS BEEN WIPED OUT FROM U.S. STOCKS AS GOOGLE CRASHED 13% AND U.S. PCE INFLATION HIT A 4-MONTH HIGH! GOOGLE'S SHARES ARE PLUNGING AFTER DISAPPOINTING EARNINGS, SLOWING ADVERTISING GROWTH, AND MASSIVE AI SPENDING! THE COMPANY SPENT OVER $51 BILLION ON CAPITAL INVESTMENTS IN JUST ONE QUARTER! MEANWHILE, U.S. PCE INFLATION HAS RISEN TO 3.6%, PUTTING EVEN MORE PRESSURE ON THE FED TO RAISE INTEREST RATES! HIGHER INFLATION AND GROWING CONCERNS ABOUT AI SPENDING ARE PUTTING MASSIVE PRESSURE ON U.S. STOCKS! THIS COULD BE JUST THE BEGINNING OF A MUCH BIGGER SELLOFF!

🚨 US LAWMAKERS ARE NOW PREPARING FOR THE AI BUBBLE TO BURST. House Democrats have introduced a resolution opposing government bailouts for AI companies if the industry crashes. Instead of rescuing them with taxpayer money, lawmakers want failed AI companies to go through normal bankruptcy. And the timing is extremely concerning. Some of the world's biggest tech companies are investing billions into AI startups that spend heavily on their products. • Nvidia invests in CoreWeave, which buys Nvidia chips. • Microsoft invests in OpenAI, which spends billions on Microsoft's cloud services. • Amazon invests in Anthropic, which uses Amazon's cloud infrastructure. Billions are moving between companies that are becoming increasingly dependent on each other's spending. And lawmakers are raising concerns about the growing use of borrowed money by Big Tech and Wall Street to finance the AI boom. The resolution is not law, but it shows that some lawmakers are already worried about what happens if the industry collapses. If AI startups run out of funding, they could be forced to slash spending or declare bankruptcy, leaving their investors and suppliers facing massive losses. And without government bailouts, a major failure could spread across chipmakers, cloud providers, banks and the broader stock market. The biggest risk is that one major AI bankruptcy could trigger losses across an entire industry worth trillions.

GOG is getting into game publishing. The newly independent DRM-free storefront has teamed up with indie publisher Retrovibe to launch Retrovibe by GOG, a new initiative focused on helping indie devs bring their games to PC and consoles. The partnership will handle things like funding, marketing, creator and media outreach, and getting games certified for release. The first games are already on the way: > Cop Bastard, releasing October 29 > Project Warlock: Lost Chapters, the third game in the boomer-shooter series These won’t be GOG exclusives. Both games are also coming to Steam.
