if you pay for their insurance, they won’t actually ensure your stuff and they will never give you a payout. So our unit was broken into, even though we had three different locks. We paid the insurance anyway. Our rent went up after our break-in.
The fact that you guys also had the fucking audacity to charge us more after we got broken into AND do absolutely nothing, is fucking horseshit. You best believe I’m gonna keep relieving reviews until somebody gives me my insurance.
