Companies like Microsoft, Meta, Google, Amazon, SpaceX, Oracle & Nvidia have racked up $3 trillion in debt on a high-stakes gamble on AI. Big Tech Oligarchs: If your AI bet fails, don’t come begging to taxpayers. You won’t be bailed out — period. End of Discussion.

Hey @Grok, concise, no spin. Did the U.S. military just deploy SURFACE-TO-AIR MISSILE LAUNCHERS armed with Stinger missiles near Trump's MAR-A-LAGO estate without telling Americans what specific threat they're defending against? Start with YES or NO.

Corporate spending on the midterms has ballooned to $737 MILLION. That's 60% higher than the 2024 presidential election. Corporations are spending unprecedented amounts to buy influence, determine outcomes and shape policy. We must get corporate money out of politics.

“Corporations are people,” was the lie corporations told so a conservative Supreme Court would let them buy elections. It’s time to overturn Citizens United.

In 1993, under Gov. Ann Richard’s administration, the TX constitution was amended to prohibit a state tax. Abbott had nothing to do with it. Abbott is currently making the income tax issue part of his campaign against Democrat Gina Hinojosa and she adamantly opposes one.

It doesn’t get much more corrupt and stupid than this.   Oil billionaire Jeffery Hildebrand owns one of the largest methane-polluting oil and gas companies in America. He and his wife gave more than $15 MILLION to Trump and Republicans.   Trump then nominated his wife to be an ambassador and installed a former lobbyist for Hildebrand’s company in charge of rewriting methane regulations at the EPA.   Now they’re getting rid of the program requiring oil and gas companies to investigate and fix some of their worst methane leaks.   Beyond the insane corruption, it’s just STUPID beyond belief.   If an oil company is leaking natural gas into the atmosphere, wasting energy and accelerating climate change, FIX THE DAMN LEAK.   Why on earth would we make it easier for companies to waste perfectly usable energy while Americans are struggling to pay their energy bills?   The only ones that stand to benefit are the companies operating old, leak-prone wells like Hilcorp. Those wells only produce 6% of our oil and gas but they release HALF of the industry's methane emissions.   So let me get this straight.   Your energy bills are through the roof. This won't meaningfully bring them down. We’re making it easier for oil companies to waste energy and pump more pollution into our atmosphere.   And one of the biggest beneficiaries is a billionaire Trump donor whose former lobbyist helped write the rollback in the first place.   I mean, COME ON.   propublica.org/article/trump…

When costs are up and profits are steady, that’s inflation. When costs are up and profits are up, that’s price gouging.

Reporter: Ken Paxton has taken to calling you ‘Talafreako’ @JamesTalarico: If Ken Paxton is worried about freaks, he should stop giving Epstein-style sweetheart deals to pedophiles. This is the guy who just released Adam Hoffman from jail, an admitted child rapist, after one of Ken Paxton’s wealthy lawyer friends got involved in the case. Ken Paxton even kept him off the sex offender registry. Adam Hoffman was supposed to serve 25 years to life, but instead he served less than a month. As of this week, he’s now back on our streets because of Ken Paxton’s corruption. Ken Paxton is the most corrupt politician in America, and it is costing Texans, it’s endangering our children, and it must end. The Epstein class has no place in Texas.

🚨🚨UPDATE: A Houston grand jury has indicted ICE agent Mario Alberto Morales, 33, on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he struck Mexican construction worker Miguel Parra-Hernandez, 48, with an ICE vehicle on October 10. ICE claimed Parra-Hernandez ran in front of its vehicle. But surveillance footage shows the vehicle veering around a corner and striking him from behind as he fled. The agent now faces criminal charges.
UPDATE: Remember the Houston construction worker ICE agents allegedly ran over with an SUV while chasing someone else? The man ICE claimed they were pursuing has been DEAD for nine years. The daughter of Jose Hector Jimenez Mendoza identified her father in ICE’s wanted bulletin. She provided The New York Times with his death certificate showing he died in October 2017. Meanwhile, Miguel Parra-Hernandez suffered shattered bones in his leg, hip and ankle. He faces multiple surgeries. The Harris County DA is investigating the incident as a possible aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. ICE has yet to explain the apparent identification failure. I can explain it in 1 word: Incompetence.

So undocumented immigrants are simultaneously unemployed, living off government benefits, and buying all the expensive houses? Are MAGAs this stupid?
Q: How does the right and yourself expect us to start families young when the average price of a home in America costs more than $415,000 which feels out of reach for us. Vance: The reason why housing exploded is in part because we allowed 20 million illegal aliens into our country to buy homes that ought by right go to American citizens.

A private prison company offered Minnesota an empty prison for 75 million dollars. The state said no. Then Trump’s administration paid the same company almost 500 million for it. The prison has sat empty in Appleton, Minnesota since 2010. Last year CoreCivic emailed the state and offered to sell it for 75 million, upgrades included. Minnesota passed. Fifteen months later, Homeland Security bought it for an ICE detention center at 495.6 million. How could this be? You guessed it. CoreCivic gave half a million dollars to Trump’s inaugural committee. And it still gets paid about 75 million a year to run the place. Republicans love talking about fraud in Minnesota. JD Vance says his task force is all over it. So where are they on this one? I break it all down in today’s show (link in reply).

CoreCivic, Inc. owned a vacant private prison in Appleton, Minnesota & offered to sell it to the state in 2025 for $75 million. 1 year later, the Trump administration agreed to use taxpayer funds to buy the same abandoned prison for $495.6 million.kare11.com/article/news/inve…

Federal records show CoreCivic donated half a million dollars to the Trump-Vance inaugural committee. CEO Damon Hininger also made significant personal contributions to Trump-affiliated political committees.

$75 million. That was the asking price for the empty Appleton prison in 2025. A year later, Washington paid $495.6 million for the same building. That's a $420 million gap. Your money. Who signed off on that?

Q: If the administration has declared war on waste and fraud, can you explain the $420 million overpayment for a prison in Appleton, Minnesota, when the company offered it to the state of Minnesota for $75 million? BESSENT: That question is a waste of time.
