I was reminded last week about Moir's work (1999) on the Phases of a first year teacher. This is 22 years old, but still relevant. Take reassurance that how you are feeling now is ok, & it is likely to change. The first year is tough, be kind to yourself #YouGotThis

*Daily Tip* Make time to laugh with your colleagues during the day. Make time to sit in the staffroom at lunchtime & encourage others to do the same. Straight after school is also another good time to sit, chat & build the relationships that make a great school greater.
