Aggressive, dominant, and carrying a mentality you can feel in every duel... • Luis Eduardo 🇧🇷 17y | CB-RB Gremio U20 | 1.88m Right-footed The 17-year-old centre-back from Grêmio, who delivered an outstanding U17 World Cup, is an exceptional talent with the versatility to play as a right-back. His profile is incredibly intriguing: I genuinely see a future top-level CB in him, one capable of playing for a Champions League club thanks to his talent, profile, and elite mentality. This versatile defender is explosively quick over the first meters and physically very strong, giving him a huge advantage in duels. He plays with full concentration yet maintains controlled aggression—never diving in recklessly, always dominant, and using his body superbly in tackles. He blocks an impressive number of shots, stays composed under pressure, and avoids unnecessary risks by immediately neutralising danger after winning the ball. At 1.88m, he is highly dominant in the air, winning the majority of his aerial duels. He is strong with headers and becomes a real threat during indirect set-piece situations due to his presence and timing. Defensively, his positioning is excellent. He knows exactly when he can step out of the backline to apply pressure or stay tight on his man, and in the box he anticipates well to intercept passes. On the ball, he shows good vision and isn’t afraid to play long forward passes. His playing style makes one thing absolutely clear: he is a natural leader. The way he engages in duels reflects a mentality monster—fearless, authoritative, and built for the highest level.
