World Ocean Day today - this encounter, with this manta, with this group of people, shows that we can get it right I think. It's a result of decades of sympathetic interactions, and illustrates that the tide can indeed turn with the right approach. @DurrellWildlife @galapagossip
Commando Ridge Cornwall...for decades the ML's have trained here...could you climb this cliff? Could you climb it at night? Watch on Sunday to find out whether our ML trainees face their fears and succeed! #Commando fb.watch/dgmODDQhwJ/ via @FacebookWatch

I'm aware by the way that the Jubilee Show is on ITV at the same time. But I've phoned Her Majesty who kindly noted "You crack on with it Royal. I'm recording it on catch up." So you have permission. "Commando" BBC2, 8pm - by Royal Appointment.

The episode tonight, and the book, tell Matt's story - one of the most extraordinary examples of "taking the fight to the enemy" I've ever heard. A cool head, impeccable professionalism, and remarkable offensive spirit. @RoyalMarines @RMA1664
