A big Irish 1500m record of 3:32.68 for @AndrewCoscoran win at @MeetingNikaia in Nice.
Breaks his own 3:33.49 from indoors in Birmingham this year, and he becomes the fastest Irishman ever outdoors, surpassing @RayPFlynn's 3:33.5 in Oslo back in 1982.

Finished a 3,200 mile run across the USA at Santa Monica Pier on July 31st It’s my 2nd run across the USA. I carried the ashes of a friend of mine-Alvin Matthews-who died unexpectedly last year. Returned them to his mother Sara at the finish. #transUSArun #running #ultrarunning

Hugh Armstrong of Ballina AC has broken the Welsh All-comers record for Marathon with a time of 2:14.04 at the @RunningCheshire Wrexham Elite Marathon 🏃♂️
The old mark of 2:14.43 has stood since 1963.

Another huge run by @brianfay98 of @UWTrack last night - 13:16.52 to win the 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
It moves the 23-year-old Dubliner from 16th to 5th on the Irish all-time list - just ahead of John Treacy, Cormac Finnerty & Eamonn Coghlan.
