Just had dinner at Cannes with a bunch of agency owners that do AI Search work. I was the only one from an SEO agency. Everyone else was PR, web dev, creative, digital, or management consultancy, etc. The category is being formed whether the SEO community likes it or not.

I always tread lightly when friends ask me if they should start their own marketing agency Like yeah bro you’re gonna have to grind your ass off for 12-18 months just to see some semblance of a legitimate business Then the next 3-5 years are debatably even more of a grind to sustain growth and deliver real results to clients First 12-18 months will be filled with massive doubt uncertainty and the voice in the back of your head saying you should quit It’s fun though!!

Late 2024: AI agencies sold n8n workflows for $2-$5K. Mid 2025: they pivoted to AI agents for $5-15K. Today: Claude Code ships in hours what used to take weeks, and most agencies are still pitching 2024's playbook. I spent 2 months rewriting mine for where we actually are in April 2026. Inside: → The offer closing $25K-$60K projects right now → Top 5 industries worth selling to this quarter → Content schedule generating my inbound (exact post types + cadence) → LinkedIn + cold email sequences booking calls today → My 4-call sales process from first touch to signed → The strategy doc + proposal template I'm using to close → 3 live client builds my team is shipping this quarter BONUS: First 100 people also get 2 discovery call recordings from my own sales process. Like + RT + reply PLAYBOOK and I'll DM you the link. Make sure to follow me so I can DM you.

My single biggest pain point right now: AI-induced attention deficit I have 5 Claude Code sessions running 10 Terminal tabs open 50 browser tabs open 100 X articles in my bookmarks When there are multiple AIs working for you, you're constantly task switching When you're waiting for AI to output, you're constantly distracted Because what used to be hard is now so easy, you always wanna do more, more, more Because of the speed of the AI news cycle, you feel a constant need to be on this app Add all this up and the result: you live in a constant state of distraction & delirium. Focus & deep work is harder than ever If anyone has figured this out pls teach me how

claude cowork is making me think maybe we’ll look back and it’ll be obvious that humans were never meant to spend their lives working behind a screen. we’ll see it as inevitable that computers do everything for us on computers and the future of work is cooler than we can imagine

There are two reasons you shouldn't care what people think about you for promoting your work: • You can’t pay your phone bill or mortgage with their opinions • You’re going to die someday and it won’t matter There it is. Stop the nonsense. Promote your work.

Everyone wants to start a startup but 99% can't handle the ego gut punch. Every day: 1. Your family will wonder when you’re going back to a real job. 2. Your friends will doubt you behind your back. 3. Good luck dating at all. Until you're successful, of course.

I spent over $10k on backlinks a couple of months ago so you don't have to. The results are in, and let me tell you, it's SHOCKING. Like, RT, and comment "BACKLINKS" for the complete study (domains AND links report included)
