GREAT NEWS! All 4 ballot measures banning men from competing in women’s & girl’s sports are going to pass, even in deep blue states like Washington & Colorado 👏
Keep women’s sports female!

David Axelrod just said on CNN:
"President Biden nominated Scott Colom—a Mississippi district attorney & former municipal judge—to serve as S District Judge in Mississippi, but Cindy Hyde-Smith blocked him. "
Now, he's leading her by 28 votes for the senate seat she now holds.

Or, and hear me out, people overwhelmingly support female athletes having female-only sports categories; and this includes blue voters.

On judicial nominations, massive Democrat takeover of Senate means:
1. Trump will not be able to appoint any justices or judges during his last two years in office (absent one-sided deal in favor of Dems).
2. If a Republican is elected president in 2028, that president will not be able to appoint any justices or judges until Republicans regain the Senate. Given the deep hole, that might not happen until 2033.
3. I'd be extremely surprised if any justice announces resignation now (for end of term) in hope of lame-duck confirmation of successor. Among other things, it's highly doubtful that Rs would have the vote to confirm. If Sherrod Brown wins Ohio seat, he gets sworn into Senate in early December, so Senate becomes 52R-48D. Collins and Murkowski would be unlikely to support anyone Trump would nominate. John Cornyn, Thom Tillis, and Bill Cassidy aren’t going to be eager to do Trump any favors. And there are other senators—e.g., John Curtis of Utah—who would be leery of anyone Trump would be eager to push through.

reminder as Talarico wipes the floor with Ken Paxton that Donald Trump pushed John Cornyn out for a historically terrible candidate. He owns this result.

There is no such thing as a "right" to hide one's sex.
Sex is not private information. It is something we can see with our own eyes.
If a male goes to great lengths to disguise his sex and lies to everyone around him, exposing him isn't a violation of "privacy." It's an exposure of fraud.
If he is hiding his sex and then using intimate spaces meant for female individuals, that is the violation of privacy. If he hides his sex in order to have intimate relations with someone, that's a form of rape.
Any and every man who attempts to hide his sex should be publicly exposed.
