So much fun to delivering my leadership keynote last week in Chicago for ASA. Topic: How to Ignite the Best in Others. Amazing audience, and and grateful as always!

Last week, I spoke at Meta—a proud moment as a speaker! The opportunity came from a simple act: returning a lost name badge at an event. That small moment of presence led to a big connection. A reminder that being present opens doors to amazing possibilities! 🌟

Surprised an audience member with flights to see her family in the Philippines! So grateful to @CareResourceFL , @TimMathySI , and @speakinc for making this happen. After 7 years apart, Myka will see her parents in Feb 2025. Sorry to everyone who cried! 😉

When gifting audience members their biggest dreams backfires on stage! He is the perfect example of someone who not only identified his dream but took action! Oh well, I tried! As I write this, he's probably cruising at 30,000ft with a huge smile on his face. Good on you, Randy!

Everyone loves a hug! I love connecting with the crowd after my keynotes, hearing your dreams and feedback. It truly helps me know I’m doing a good job. Huge thanks to @speakinc and @Floridabha__ for the opportunity. Great to hug you all! 😊

Discomfort is the gateway to growth. When you step out of your comfort zone, nerves and doubts are normal. Remember, while you can't control everything, you can control your actions-and that's enough to succeed. Embrace the discomfort; it’s part of the journey to becoming stronger
