We can't believe it's been a week since our wonderful O1athon! We've reached half of our target, so if you haven't sponsored us yet, please do! 💕

Bringing all the feels this evening, our wonderful genius of a man, Justin Randall, has put together some amazing shots and videos that he put together yesterday. It sums up the day for us ❤❤❤ Thank you Justin! We're not crying, you are... youtu.be/NeeGCntslMA

Not that we like to boast about how amazing we are or anything (we are and we do) but here's a short video to celebrate our completion of the Flying Fish 10k challenge!

We love seeing some of our paddlers getting back out on the water! Now, if only we can all remember what to do... 🤔🛶🙈☀️ #secklow100 #O1 #paddling #dragonboating

On Thursdays we wear blue and black... If you want to join these cool kids then come and try dragon boating with us this Sunday! 9am, Caldecotte lake 🛶

Thanks to Storm Ciara we couldn't get out on the water, however we were still training...those coffee cups aren't going to lift themselves... 😏 Hope everyone is staying safe! #StormCíara

A team that train together, win together! 💪🏼 We keep up our training in the gym during the winter as it is too dark to get out on the water in the evenings! 🌒 Keeping up our fitness is important as it isn't long until the start of race season 🛶🏆

Celebrating #ChineseNewYear2020 with @Secklow Teammates on and off the water 🐀❤🐉

Woolly hat & sunglasses weather! With it reading -2 degrees, the winter sun was a welcome sight this morning! If this is how you fancy spending your Sundays then get in touch, or come down to Caldecotte lake at 9am! #dragonboating #newyearsresolutions #trysomethingnew #secklow100

A dragon boat team captain is responsible for lots; recruiting, kit, practices, working with the coach, team comms, budgeting, attendance & registration. A good committee helps support the captain....a good captain wipes the sweat off the gym mirror for a post workout selfie!!

Huge news this week that 2 of our crew have made it into the GB Squad! Can't wait to see them bring home the gold! #secklowhundred #TeamGB

Can't wait to race with you! Good luck with your training. :) @typhoontigers xitter.cf/typhoontigers/status/6…
