Hello Community! There is 2 very important items, so please read the entire post!
First thing is first, SNF was removed entirely by @scrt_labs over the weekend from the @SecretNetwork account that we have managed, grown, and maintained for the community for 5+ years now in a hostile take over. Therefore this community account is being repurposed in order to keep the community informed while the status of the old account is in progress.
Please help share this with other stake holders you know in order to allow them to follow the account for important updates.
Next, please read the note from @lisaisloud regarding the path forward and follow it to the draft for feedback, this is a community decisiion and it will take the entire community coming together. Make your voice heard!👇
Note from @lisaisloud , exec director of SNF:
Secret Labs is stepping away from the L1. I'm not.
I've posted a draft proposal to continue Secret Network under community stewardship, same chain, staked SCRT included, remediation built in.
Link below. Here's the short version:
The chain continues. No migration, no snapshot, no Redeemer contract. Every holder stays on the same chain, including staked SCRT via Shade, which the Labs plan excludes.
Remediation for hack victims is built into the design as a committed allocation, not deferred to a future vote, not contingent on a feasibility study.
The cost: a dilution mint. The working example in the draft is 80%. That's what funds a real development team, validators, relayers, builders, and remediation. The final number gets set after this feedback round.
This is a draft for feedback, not a vote. I want to move quickly and keep momentum. Read it, and tell me what's wrong, what's missing, and what you'd change.

One of the most interesting things about Secret’s new direction is how little the average customer needs to know about crypto.
Imagine running a business application on confidential infrastructure.
You pay for computing resources. Your sensitive data remains protected. The underlying network handles the rest.
Customers don’t need to understand complex technology, validators, or smart contracts to benefit.
That opens the door to a much broader market than Web3 alone.
Sustainable Web3 communities are built around real participation and lasting utility.
Join Wenaltseason and @DEPHNetwork today as they explore how meaningful contributions and utility-driven token models can create long-term value beyond short-term incentives.

Set your reminder and tune in.
Every project wants an active community, and for years the playbook was simple: airdrops, points, yaps
However, among 3,700,000 wallets tracked ~94% sold most of their bags in 90 days
Tomorrow with special guest @DEPHNetwork we're breaking down what real contribution looks like and which utility token models pay for it without feeding the farmers

There's a new version of this post
Secret Network is working on something quite different, something real.
A confidential cloud where developers can deploy real applications, businesses can pay for private computing, and $SCRT can become more closely connected to the demand for those services.
The infrastructure is already being used by early partners.
There’s plenty of work ahead, but we are literally changing the game from the bottom up.
Narratives for Breakouts in Market, as pointed out by @AnewbiZ007.

Health data is among the most sensitive information we own. Protecting it is essential to the future of personalized healthcare.
DEPH Network is building on Secret to put data ownership, confidential AI, and user-controlled monetization into practice.
With the $DEPH migration underway, Lisa walks through the ecosystem, privacy architecture, tokenomics, and roadmap.
A comprehensive look at what DEPH is building and where it’s headed.
The $DEPH migration launch has started.
Join Lisa for a deep dive into the ecosystem deck and everything behind the launch. Video below.
We're manually migrating every KYC'd Genesis holder and every migrated holder, so nobody who participated fairly gets left behind. We started with friends and family today to make sure the process worked end to end, and now we're working through everyone else.

Real-world science needs real-world partners.
@samrthomp13 says DEPH’s path forward is built around clinics, hospitals, B2B health partners, and research collaborations that can validate products and expand access to high-quality data.
DeSci gets stronger when it connects to institutions already doing the work.
Secret³ and @DEPHNetwork are being built around the same principle: stay, build, and finish what you started.
@lisaisloud and @samrthomp13 reflect on rebuilding through uncertainty, choosing long-term stewardship over walking away, and bringing privacy infrastructure together with real health products and research.
Conviction matters most when things get difficult.
Secret³ is the fulfillment of the original vision and promise of confidential computing.
The team has never been more focused on shipping and improving that mission.

Potential and risk of AI, outlined by @lisaisloud.
AI could solve key health challenges, but if unchecked, could lead to devastating disruptions in society.

Privacy is the foundation of functioning society.
Web3 adoption gets easier when the complexity disappears.
@lisaisloud shares how the DEPH app lets users earn tokens by participating in meaningful health activities and then use them directly in the marketplace, without forcing them through a complicated wallet experience.
Earn, spend, participate. Web3 utility without Web3 friction.
Secret³ is widening what privacy infrastructure can support.
@OGNodeFather explains how the shift to Confidential Virtual Machines opens the door to more dynamic applications, letting developers protect sensitive data and workloads beyond the limits of smart contracts.
The result is a confidential cloud connected to the chain, built for a much broader class of applications.
Secret Network retweeted
Every test that we do, we ensure to give a holistic view of your whole genome.
Life has predicted how you’ve aged, but with our new testing results of DNA, we can start trying to reverse the concept of aging.
Secret³ is making privacy easier to build with.
@OGNodeFather highlights a major shift from specialized Secret Contracts to Confidential Virtual Machines, giving developers the freedom to use familiar languages and traditional software stacks.
More builders can access private compute without rebuilding everything from scratch.
Health data becomes far more powerful when the full picture lives in one place.
Sam Thompson sees unified records as the foundation for better AI-driven care, combining clinical, lifestyle, wearable, genetic, and epigenetic data into one continuous view.
More context can mean better decisions, earlier insights, and more personalized care.
Great products don’t just reward behavior. They work with how people naturally think and act.
@samrthomp13 and @lisaisloud explore how better incentives can encourage users to contribute richer health context while making the experience feel intuitive, useful, and even enjoyable.
Maybe the future isn’t gamification. Maybe it’s humanification.
Centralized AI vs Decentralized AI as pointed out by @AnewbiZ007.
The current landscape of AI infrastructure exposes significant privacy risks tied to hardware ownership and data control. Check out podcast snippet⬇️⬇️⬇️
Privacy meets real-world utility.
DEPH Network is approaching launch, bringing health data ownership, consent, and confidential infrastructure into one ecosystem.
Join @samrthomp13 and @lisaisloud for the final AMA before launch and hear what comes next.
This is one worth showing up for.

Data ownership becomes powerful when users can actually feel the benefit.
Sam Thompson says @DEPHNetwork is turning health data into an active asset, rewarding users who contribute more context while keeping participation optional.
Better ownership. Better incentives. A better path to mainstream adoption.
