TRACKED CHANGES: OpenAI is being sued over the name GPT-6 Astra. TradeSun, a small AI company, has sold ASTRA software since 2021 and trademarked the name in 2022. It says customers may now assume its product comes from OpenAI, Bloomberg Law reports.
