Food and school basics are my favorite buys. My mom and I struggled in the late 60’s. I ate a lot of fish sticks, tater tots, kraft Mac & cheese, cereal, etc because we had little money. My mom was finishing her teaching degree (1969) and I learned how to cook, clean, & fend for myself. I had very few shirts & pants. I know how difficult life can be. But it made me who I am.
