We're celebrating the opening of the North Pocono Trail! 🎉
The project was made possible in part by more than $1.5 million in grant funding from DCNR. @PennDOTNews also invested $2 million.

I had a great time at today’s Senior Expo for Lackawanna and Wayne counties! These events are so important in bringing critical education to the people who need it most. Thank you Rep. Jonathan Fritz and @SenatorRBrown for having me!
As you know, I’ve been one of the leading voices in Harrisburg pushing for a three-year statewide moratorium on data center development in our Commonwealth.
Watch this video to learn more about the work I’m doing in Harrisburg to put you first.

I am excited to share that legislation I sponsored with @SenatorRBrown and @SenLangerholc, SB 1212, to ensure all rape kits get tested is heading to the Governor's desk. This is an important measure to support victims of sexual assault in their pursuit of justice.
I am very honored to be recognized by @CityAndStatePA as a 2026 Trailblazer in Healthcare!
I’m grateful for this recognition and, more importantly, grateful for the opportunity to keep working on issues that affect the health and well-being of Pennsylvanians.
This year, my Midwifery Modernization legislation, Senate Bill 507, was signed into law, expanding access to maternal healthcare for mothers and babies. I also advocated for the expansion of Pennsylvania’s Child and Dependent Care Enhancement Tax Credit.
As a member of the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Women, I have worked to advance important legislative initiatives that support women, mothers and families across Pennsylvania.
REMINDER: I am one of only three elected officials in Harrisburg who has worked to introduce legislation to establish a 3-year moratorium on data center development. I am the ONLY legislator in Harrisburg who successfully initiated a vote on this language.

Energy and affordability are top priorities for all of us. ⚡️ It’s important to understand how Pennsylvania produces energy and how state policies can impact the prices we pay. 📈
I hope this video provides some helpful information and perspective on this important issue. 💡
This #ThrowbackThursday, we're going back to 2019 when I enacted Act 91 of 2019, which allowed students who complete a financial literacy course to apply those credits toward graduation requirements. 💲🎓

This #ThrowbackThursday, we're going back to 2016 when I enacted Act 122 of 2016, which limited opioid prescriptions in emergency departments and urgent care settings to no more than seven days to help combat opioid addiction and misuse.

This #ThrowbackThursday, we're going back to 2014 when I enacted Act 35 of 2014, which established a new AED program within the Pennsylvania Department of Education to help schools make automated external defibrillators (AEDs) available in school buildings.
🚨 Two weeks away! 🚨
I will be hosting my Senior Expo on Tuesday, July 21 from 9am to 1pm at the Pocono Mountain Swiftwater Elementary Center! This event has something for everyone and is completely FREE. Hope to see you there! 🎉
While I am disappointed my amendment was not adopted, I remain committed to fighting for stronger statewide safeguards. With more than 50 proposed data center projects across the Commonwealth, we must ensure growth is responsible and puts our residents first.

Today, 203 state lawmakers from 42 states just told Congress: reject the Great American AI Act's proposal to freeze state AI laws.
A nationwide bipartisan coalition agrees, states are on the front lines of protecting Americans from emerging AI harms.

I always love taking a meeting at one of our many local coffee shops in the district - as you all know! 😋 This morning I enjoyed a latte from Crystal Coffee Company in East Stroudsburg. ☕
What's your favorite local coffee spot? 😊
Today begins the full enforcement of Paul Miller's Law! 📵 Remember to keep the phone down and focus on the road while driving. Hope you all have a beautiful weekend! ❤
Today, June 5th, marks the beginning of full enforcement of my legislation, Paul Miller’s Law!
Named in memory of Paul Miller, who was tragically killed by a distracted driver, the law is a reminder that no text, notification, email, or social media post is worth risking a life.
I’ve been calling for a moratorium on large-scale data center development until Pennsylvania puts protections in place for residents and local communities.
The Governor is finally acknowledging what residents have been saying all along… these projects require greater oversight. But voluntary guidelines tied to state incentives are not what people are asking for.
