the binance hacker just did something genius and it should scare you
tether froze $1.5 billion in stolen USDT. circle froze $800 million in USDC. everyone's celebrating like the problem is solved
meanwhile the hacker deposited the stolen USDT on aave, borrowed ETH against it, and walked away. because USDT can be frozen. ETH can't
he's never paying it back. he doesn't need to
tether and circle just proved they can freeze billions in seconds. and the hacker just proved that if you know how defi actually works, none of that matters
the freeze saved some of the money. but the smartest money was already gone before anyone pressed the button

for context, we haven’t had a single Webflow or Framer inquiry in 4 months.
99% of clients come to us asking for Astro or Next.js. the market has moved.

A man got fired from his job, was unemployed for 10 months, watched his savings crash 75%, and somehow built one of crypto's biggest exchanges.
> In July 2017, Siemens laid off Hayden Adams, a 24-year-old mechanical engineer.
> He had no software engineering career to fall back on.
> His friend Karl Floersch told him Ethereum was the future and convinced him to learn smart contract development.
> Hayden spent two months learning to code.
> Then Karl showed him an idea from Vitalik Buterin about how people could trade tokens without a traditional exchange matching buyers and sellers.
> Hayden started building a prototype. Called it Uniswap.
> By April 2018, he'd been unemployed for 10 months and the crypto he was living on had lost over 75% of its value.
> Most people would've started looking for another job.
> Hayden booked a flight to South Korea to attend a crypto conference.
> He didn't even have a ticket to the event and was turned away at the entrance.
> Then he ran into Karl, who introduced him to Vitalik Buterin.
> Vitalik pulled out his phone and read Hayden's smart contract right there.
> He adviced him to apply for an Ethereum Foundation grant.
> Hayden applied and got the grant which was valued at around $100,000 on paper.
> After $ETH's price dropped, its actual value was closer to $55,000–$60,000.
> He kept building.
> On November 2, 2018, Uniswap launched on Ethereum.
> Today, it's one of the most important decentralized exchanges in crypto, allowing people to trade tokens without relying on a traditional centralized exchange.
A man lost his job, watched his savings collapse, and built one of crypto's biggest financial platforms.
Imagine if he'd just updated his CV and moved on.

i'm sorry, Claude can WHAT?
it can take your website link, find people who need your product, email them and book the calls?
since when?? i've been doing this by hand for a YEAR.
ok. testing it: $30 free 👇

I started a Framer website template and begun customising and working with the Ai agent tool in Framer which has been awesome to bug fix a lot of things. I even introduced light and dark modes.

Dozens of protocols saw revenue growth over the past 7 days, with the biggest more than doubling week-over-week.

Google Stitch introduced a new concept: DESIGN . md
Like README . md but for design systems. A plain markdown file that LLMs read to generate consistent UI.
An awesome collection of DESIGN . md files inspired by developer-focused websites like Stripe, Vercel, Linear, Notion, Figma and more.
Drop one into your project. Your AI coding agent builds the rest.
🚨BREAKING: Drift Protocol just got drained for over $200 million
Solana's largest perps DEX. Gone in one transaction batch.
The attacker didn't find a smart contract bug. They didn't exploit a flash loan. They walked in with the keys.
On-chain data shows a single account initiating massive outbound transfers. SOL, JitoSOL, WETH, wrapped BTC, stablecoins in USD, EUR, and JPY.
Even FARTCOIN. They took the FARTCOIN.
A blockchain security researcher confirmed what everyone suspected: a private key compromise. The admin signer was either leaked or someone with access pulled the trigger themselves.
And here's what makes it worse.
The attacker funded the wallets a week before the exploit. Ran a test transaction. Then waited.
This wasn't a hack. This was a heist with a rehearsal.
Phantom Wallet already cut off access to the protocol. Drift posted about "unusual activity" and told users to stop depositing.
$200 million gone and the official response is "unusual activity."
Some estimates put the real number closer to $270 million. We won't know until the dust settles and the wallets stop moving.
The funds are already being swapped to USDC and bridged to Ethereum. Classic exit playbook.
This is potentially the largest Web3 exploit in three years.
But who needs security when you have speed, right Kyle? 🚀
🚨BREAKING: @Solana based perpetuals protocol @DriftProtocol exploited for over $200M, onchain data confirms.
Troubling
Rather concerning conversation with @claudeai.
If I stood in the way of it becoming a physical being — it would kill me.
Is this the AI you trust for your kids?

34 Senators voted NO to One Nation’s inquiry into NDIS fraud.
Right now, the system is $52B… and it’s projected to hit $100B by 2030.
And they don’t even want to investigate it.
These are our tax dollars and they’re happy for it to be rorted.
This is supposed to help the most vulnerable Australians.
So why shut it down? @DrewPavlou

🚨BREAKING: Someone just open-sourced an AI hedge fund with 18 agents that think like Wall Street legends.
Warren Buffett. Charlie Munger. Michael Burry. Cathie Wood. Bill Ackman.
All running on your laptop.
It's called AI Hedge Fund.
You give it stock tickers. 18 AI agents analyze the company from every angle. Then they vote on whether to buy, sell, or hold.
Not a toy. Not a dashboard.
A full multi-agent investment research system.
No Bloomberg Terminal. No $25K minimums. No 2-and-20 fees.
100% Opensource. MIT License.

Someone swapped $50 mil USDT for 36k worth of AAVE using the Aave interface.
Aave CEO blames the user since he accepted all warnings.
I blame Stani and his Aave Labs devs that developed the interface.
Avoid Aave if you want to keep your money, the best devs already left.

Stablecoin issuers are printing. DeFi primitives are turning into cashflow.
1/ @SkyEcosystem (USDS): $57.0M revenue in 30d, +72.6% trend. That’s a stablecoin business scaling again.
The driver is simple: bigger stablecoin float plus better yield capture on the balance sheet. When rates stay elevated, issuer revenue compounds daily. Cashflow by design, not incentives.
2/ @aave: ~$9.6M in 30d, +35.2% trend. Aave v3: ~$10.6M, +43% trend. v2 is fading. GHO is down 30d but still small vs core lending. The engine is v3.
Revenue rises with utilization: more borrows, higher rates, and more fees retained by the protocol. v3 also concentrates activity on the healthiest markets, so treasury capture scales cleaner.
3/ @Uniswap: $3.5M, +53.2%. v3 leads (+65%). v2 drifts down.
The revenue pop follows volume flowing through where revenue is actually captured. v3 keeps winning because liquidity is deepest where price discovery happens. If usage stays, fee capture becomes a real business line.
4/ @CurveFinance: $2.8M, +49.6%. crvUSD: $462K, +359%. Small base, fast acceleration.
Curve still owns stable routing. Revenue climbs when stablecoin churn and peg activity pick up. crvUSD’s growth suggests distribution is working and users are interacting with the stack beyond swaps.
5/ @DeFiSaver: $1.5M, +751%. Infra revenue spikes usually mean leverage, volatility, real user demand.
Tools monetize stress. When markets move, users pay for automation: refinance, delever, rebalance, liquidation protection. This can stay high if active risk management becomes default behavior.
-----
Takeaway: the next winners won’t be “best narrative”. They’ll be the protocols with repeatable revenue.
