An option is like a coupon that says "you can buy this toy for $10 anytime before Friday."
If the toy's price jumps to $15, your coupon is worth a lot. If it drops to $5, your coupon is worthless.
The catch is that options usually come in big bundles, with one coupon covering 100 toys, so a single one can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. Fractional options let you buy just a slice of that coupon, like a tenth of it, so you can play with a small amount of money.
Wealthy investors already use options to protect and grow their money. Fractional contracts let someone with $50 use the same tools instead of being priced out by the 100-share bundle.
With full contracts, a small account often has to go "all in" on one trade. Slices let you size positions sensibly, risking 2% of your account instead of 40%.

You don’t need an ISBN to be an author.
For an ebook sold on Amazon, an ISBN isn’t even required, since Amazon assigns its own identifier (an ASIN).
Tons of self-published ebooks work this way. An ISBN is just a tracking number for retailers and libraries, not a qualification.
You would ideally get an ISBN for your ebook if you want to distribute it elsewhere like Apple Books for example.
With Amazon KDP (kindle direct publishing) you can reach 245 countries & territories through 13 marketplaces (US, UK, Germany, France, Spain etc)
So the claim sold worldwide can be true.
