finished Metroid: Zero Mission! the first 90% was excellent, just classic 2D Metroid gameplay then the stealth section started! felt novel at first, but I was not a fan after like 2 minutes also, the final boss was way too easy... I killed it in ~5 hits with Super Missiles

today I got an offer from a sex toy company to create a custom toy based off my body I think I'm the wrong type of content creator for this kind of thing lol

I had lots of fun with Splatoon 3 and made a ton of memories, so it's sad to see it 'end'... but at least it went out with a bang! can't wait to see where the franchise goes from here (I have no idea how Nintendo can top the Grand Festival lmao)

there's like two or three more out of bounds glitches btw lol (see quoted tweet) it's a little bit more difficult since you can fall through the world if you don't position yourself correctly

1.5 billion eggs reached at around 22:45 UTC we're currently in a slump period, so I doubt it's going to get much better than this unless we put in some serious effort (data points past 1 billion provided by ashbinary_, Coxxs, and InternalLoss)

Golden Eggs graph as of 1:37 am UTC - the pace really picked up as we approached 700 million - after reaching 700 million, the pace slowed down quite a bit - slump ended at ~12 am UTC; the pace is picking up again Japan being asleep was definitely the cause of the slump imo lol

the pace at which we're collecting eggs has slowed quite a bit since reaching 700 million I suspect this might be due to Japan being asleep if this continues, we may not reach 2 billion eggs by the end currently expecting 900 million at 5 am UTC ish
