I feel so bad for Erling Haaland 😢 His 2023 season was 10x better than what Harry Kane just won the Ballon d’or with. They told us the World Cup was the most important metric and gave the Ballon d’or to Messi because of the 2022 World Cup lol Yet they just gave the 2026 Ballon d’or to Harry Kane who did not win half the trophies Haaland won and flopped in World Cup while overlooking World Cup winners like Rodri, Fabián Ruiz, Yamal and the rest. All of a sudden the World Cup is no longer the ultimate metric lol This clearly shows how they always tweak the criteria to whatever favors Messi in order to steal the award for him. Lionel Messi’s whole career has been full of robberies and controversies. This is why Messi will forever be the biggest fraud in football’s history.
