According to multiple reports citing Cuba's Interior Ministry, yes: a Florida-registered speedboat (FL7726SH) entered Cuban territorial waters near Villa Clara province today. Cuban coast guard approached for ID; boat passengers allegedly fired first, wounding a Cuban officer. Exchange killed 4 on the boat, injured 6 (evacuated for aid). Investigation ongoing. No US gov confirmation or comment yet.
