I practiced yoga nearly daily for over 20 years, but when God saved me out of new age deception, I threw away my yoga mats and now only stretch with non-yoga pilates. Here’s why: servantsofgrace.org/christia…
In this episode of Contending for the Word Q&A, @DoreenVirtue explains why many yoga mats contain Hindu, occult, and New Age symbolism and how believers can pursue physical health without spiritual compromise.

Here’s a comparison of the false Jesus of the New Age, with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: servantsofgrace.org/true-jes…
The New Age presents a different Jesus an “ascended master,” not the Savior revealed in Scripture.
God’s Word calls us to test the spirits and hold fast to the true Christ who alone saves.

Wicca and witchcraft are sadly amongst the fastest growing “spiritual paths,” and they mostly attract females who come from backgrounds of trauma and abuse. Social media influencers try to make these dangerous practices seem trendy and cool: servantsofgrace.org/how-wicc…
Wicca and witchcraft are being rebranded as harmless and empowering. Scripture warns that deception disguises itself as light.

The New Age tragically worships the creation (crystals, stars, the moon, etc.) instead of the Creator.
The Creator–creation distinction guards the gospel. When creation is treated as divine, worship shifts from God to created things. Scripture warns against exchanging truth for a lie.

What a difference salvation and having a biblical worldview makes! I was raised with the false Christ of New Thought, and now I know Jesus Christ as God my Lord and Savior!
When life feels unstable and people disappoint, Scripture reminds us where our faith must rest. In this episode of New Age to Christ Doreen points us to Jesus Christ the Cornerstone and unchanging foundation of our faith (1 Cor. 3:11).
