State 21 were delighted to assist the Port of Tyne in enhancing their preparedness for major incidents and security threats. State 21 delivered major incident command training to the senior management team, highlighting Port of Tyne’s commitment to running a safe and secure port

We had the pleasure of delivering the first of a 5 modular Pre Retirement Programme to Hampshire Constabulary police officer. Great interaction from participants, and overwhelming evidence of the need for this service to be part of their support as they prepare for retirement.

ESCT have a stand at this virtual EXPO today. Join us to sign up to our National Discovery Programme Workshops in December where we will cover a number of topics to help Emergency Services personnel Transition our of their organisation on retirement or otherwise.

This past few months has seen a great deal of activity for ESCT. We finished delivering our Pre Retirement Discovery Programme to police officers in Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Thanks to the Police Federations in both Forces for their support. esctransitioin.org

After the successful delivery of a 3-day Career Transition Programme in @GlosCityPolice, we'll soon be running our Programme across three Police Forces. 120+ soon to retire police officers will join our programme which will help prepare them for life after the #EmergencyServices
