Sometimes you're having fun building a thing, and then it's like ah yeah we can't confirm your billing, after having told me that I was out of credits I had to tell it no, I have tons of credits, so what's up with that @bot !
me: there's an chocolate chip ice cream sandwich callin my name
her: no babe it's too late for that thought you doing away with sugar
me: yeah i've done away with the liquid sugar, not the frozen liquid sugar
Gave my wife a nice gift - instead of a $79 a year Skylight - just created us a nice web app for the home family calendar AND business activity tracker. Just got it mounted up. Obvious glare in the tablet shot, but nice capture from the screencap
Everyone's buying Mac minis for AI agents. I took the red pill instead. How my Grok Bot crew moved my app onto my NAS, runs private git + CI, and how I HOPEFULLY keep them from getting prompt-injected. 1 Starter Template inside. @bot
@poteto - have you seen this use case anywhere else for homelab? I mean the whole getting the Grok Bot's cloud pc on the home network for interactivity like this?
It's really I think the largest of game changers.
Replying to @Setheroo88 @bot
@tommithetechie - I think you would like this setup potentially as I know you been doing a lot with the bot lately.
Has anyone else out there wired up their @bot to their tailnets yet or is it just me that thought to do it because science?
Wow - I didn't think @bot was going to pay for itself so soon!
It caught a price on an invoice that was different from the rest, it knew to notify me that it needed to be investigated - now we can adjust the price and collect the difference - without this save it would have never been reviewed otherwise. ChaChing!
This was one of the images that AI generated today to add to my site's gallery - I don't know why, but I super dig it - a canyon, of servers.
If you wanna move slow be sure to read everything the clanker wrote for you. I'm sure it's time super well spent. Management will understand that it took you a year to read what the AI wrote in half a day.
“A human must review every line of code” is an outdated take. It is too late.
Generation and review are both automated and follow rules. There is zero value a human can add now. Anything you can do, can be an automated check done even better.
What you cannot outsource is your own understanding of design and architecture.
I still see some folks skip design reviews and force manual code reviews, and that’s just retarded. Soooo behind.
My Twisted Synapse bot hooked me up with two fresh wallpapers today, both pretty interesting outcomes if you ask me!
