Merci Gaëlle, tu es apparement de retour au pays également? Félicitations... Tu travailles vraiment là👇 C´est magnifique...Je suis un peu jaloux du coup 😂!

I am also extremely grateful to my family for taking up with me this exciting new adventure. All of us are leaving behind many friends and a piece of our hearts. We will really miss Germany and its culture. Now we might bring our German touch to our French surroundings😉

I am so grateful to all my colleagues, mentors, and most of all, to my past/present coworkers for being such amazing supports at all times.

It still feels surreal that after almost 20 years, I am coming back to my home country in a position and in a place, I never have dared to imagine being possible. I just feel so lucky for the past and present trust given to our research.

Today is my first official day as a Directeur de Recherche at the @CNRS and the @SFC_lab will be now hosted at Ecole Polytechnique @Polytechnique in France. Super exciting time in progress!!! #archaea #ribosome #RNA
